Dear Rewardy Team,
I am writing to request a fair review regarding the recent suspension of my accounts:
yv25212218110 (used on Phone 1)
yy25212218110cda1b4 (used on Phone 2)
Both accounts were used on separate devices and never at the same time. Each account was operated independently. I strictly avoided using any VPN, as I’m aware it violates your policy.
However, both accounts were suspended at the exact same time, which raises concerns about how your system determined a violation. Simply owning two phones and having an account on each should not be considered abuse.
Your claim of "multiple account misuse" appears to be incorrect in my case. I kindly request you to verify your data — device IDs, IP addresses, and activity logs — before reaching such conclusions.

Hello,
You claim to have followed all the rules, yet in the same sentence admit to using multiple accounts. That is exactly why you were suspended.
Our Terms of Service clearly state that using more than one account per person is not allowed. Creating multiple accounts, regardless of the reason or device, is a direct violation.
On top of that, as if that wasn’t enough - you were previously suspended for VPN usage on your first account. We’ve been more lenient than most platforms would be, but continuing to break the rules has consequences.
We take abuse seriously to protect honest users and keep Rewardy fair for everyone.
I was unfairly banned and they didn't respond to my support request

They will cheat by paying the first and second withdrawal, and then they will wait for you to earn a little more and invent an excuse to block you and keep the money.
They always make excuses and when you are going to show the evidence or ask them to show you where you "made a mistake" they will answer an email saying: "this is the final decision" and they will not answer anymore.
I had a terrible experience with them. They claimed that I circumvented the rules by making more than one offer from the same advertiser. And I explained several times that I didn't know, because if I wanted to do that, I wouldn't make $1 or $10 offers, it would be smarter to do $50, $100...
I sent an email explaining, even why I invested more than $20 in the offer and when the advertiser paid and I requested the withdrawal, they blocked me. I talked to the moderators on Discord and they excluded me from the group and blocked me there too. They don't answer my emails anymore and they don't want my money back. It's one thing not to want to unblock me from the site, but it's unfair and against the rules to keep money that isn't yours. Especially since I invested this money, made a deposit, put my personal information in the offer, the advertiser replied to my email saying that it has already been paid and they don't want to pay me.
I tried to contact amicably and everyone ignored me, if they don't return my money or don't pay what they owe, I'll call justice.
They're talking so much about rules that I'm stealing the money that you didn't make any effort to get. On the contrary, I had to put my money.
