This is my worst customer experience ever revvlo excavator was supposed to be delivered between December 26th and January 1st now I get no shipping tracking

Another one bites the dust I guess (me). I also ordered 2 cars in November and initial tracking stated shipped from warehouse in China to USA. The items were to be delivered by USPS but never arrived. Supposed to be Christmas items for my 2 grandsons. Something should be done! This is horrible that this happens and so many people are taken for.

Worst company ever. Tracking was supposed to be provided in 2-3 days. Ordered in nov and tracking still shows China. Scam

Such a scam. Ordered on Nov. 26th, said up to 16 days for shipment and still no update of the order. Last update was Dec 14th but now it’s Xmas eve and still no sign of it coming anytime soon. I’m never ordering from this company ever again... I would give it zero stars if I could.

Same as everyone else. Ordered it on November 25th it is now Christmas Eve and I still do not have it. Was told I cannot get a refund because it has already "shipped" I will NEVER order from this company again and I am going to let EVERYONE on Facebook know this company is a SCAM!!!!

Ordered on 2nd December. Correspondence said 15 days to deliver. Still Waiting and it’s now Xmas Eve. I can only assume it will not arrive!!!!
I too believe, that Facebook should shoulder some blame as this is where It was advertised.
The payment has been taken from my Credit card. I will be ringing them after Xmas for advise.

Same issue as others. Ordered four items on Nov. 23. Was told 7-16 days for delivery. It is now December 24. Christmas is tomorrow. Link provided to track shipment is worthless. Last English entry was Dec. 9, balance is, I suppose, in Mandarin. Not helpful. am reporting them and will claw back my $104.00.

If I could give zero stars I would ! Ordered as a Christmas gift and it’s been a month now latest update says it will arrive after Christmas. Horrible delivery time and took 2 emails and then days to get a response . Avoid if possible!!!

I placed an order about 7 weeks ago and still haven’t received my product. With Christmas tomorrow, I now have to run out and get my nephew a gift. It is a real scam.

Ordered 2 dinosaurs in November, not arrived!! No response so I can only assume it was a scam.... now off to buy some replacement presents!!

I ordered two cars on November 27th and they have not arrived and it’s December 23rd. The tracking indicates that the order was processed in China on December 9th and that’s about it. Not having inventory staged in the US is nuts. Do not order through them as there are like items available on Amazon.

Ordered two in late nov. Nothing!! I hope the cc I used can help get my money back. This was a professional job. The website looked good and the FB ad was great. Shamefull

Just like everyone else. I ordered 5 for xmas November 28 and tracking shows it's still in China. Very very disappointed. I think we need to start looking into legal action against this company.

Ordered on 14th November, arrived on 23rd December. The box was in good condition, sadly, the item was not. Looks second hand, as covered in scratches and nothing like the Bumblebee colour that was ordered. Remote is not the one for this car. Very disappointing as for my grandson for Christmas. A dispute has been raised with Paypal - hopefully there will be some result for that - only too late for Christmas present now!

They stole my money....I ordered 2 toys on Nov 27 and they lost one order but took the payment for both... Still have not received anything but emails stating lies... December 23rd, today I received this email:

All of a sudden the lost order is shipped? 29.92 was stolen.. Does anyone know how to find a phone number or someone in charge

Same as everyone else. Placed a order 1st of December and no response ever since and after seeing the comments above looks like it is a big scam. Facebook should take a little more initiative in advertising such scammers.

Ordered a car in 4th December and same as everyone else tracking g doesnt update from 18th where it says in transit. Facebook should take some responsibility as it is on there I saw it. I paid with paypal and once I reported it to them I had a reply from revvlo despite emailing them three times. Will pursue a refund via PayPal

Placed order on Nov 16th and it still has not shipped yet. Tracking has not updated since Dec 4th. Still in China. I do believe this is a scam.

I placed the order on November 18th and the order finally arrived on January 4th. Since they were Christmas presents it kind of defeated the purpose. Once I opened the items it was obvious that they weren't new. One had scratches and were missing the screws to the battery cases. The other one had a piece break within 10 minutes of my son playing with it and can no longer transform. I've been emailing them for the past 4 weeks for a refund. They said they would send a replacement but they haven't even sent me tracking information for that. This company is a SCAM! Do not order from them. If anyone has any advice as to how to get money back from these crooks, please let me know.
