I never ordered anything from this…

I never ordered anything from this company, and somehow my credit card showed a bill for $39.95. I did a Google search and there is hardly any information about this company. What does this company sell anyway? Whatever it is, I never received it. So I am calling my bank to dispute the charge.

Shocked at the prices.

I'm really confused at how this shop sells anything in the mens range, was looking at Hoodies and the majority of them are so overpriced it's crazy haha, Represent hoodie is 100 pounds more expensive than amywhere else, They are selling an All Saints hoodie that's 100 pounds everywhere else for 210 pounds, it's barmy.

I’m really disappointed with the treatment I have received from revolve this company has really failed in all ways - After placing an order it was canceled why? Who knows? My billing my address everything matches not sure why risk management decided to pick me and cancel my order. This will be the last time I ever shop at revolve and I’ll be sure to let my friends and family members to avoid shopping at revolve at all cost. Their reasoning behind why the order got canceled makes no sense I’m given the option to pay with Klarna PayPal or a third party but not with my own personal credit cards how does this even make sense it doesn’t not sure why a third party verification process is needed when your company can verify me buying $300 worth of items isn’t that what risk management is for??? I’ve already purchased the same items at Nordstrom so I won’t be needing anything any further but just truly disappointed in this experience. The only reason why I placed the order in the first place was because I was sent a 15% promo code to come back as a customer and I wanted to take advantage of that since it was a good deal. Please inform your customers why their orders get canceled and can’t pay with their own credit cards no explanation makes no sense.

Don’t buy presale with them!

Not giving one star because despite all what happened, I was given generous discounts to place my order again. Based on my experience, do not buy pre-sale items, I’ll tell you what happened to me; placed an order in June and received a notification that my item had been received but then was lost in the warehouse. My order was cancelled and I was told to order again. I complained and got an additional discount to placed the order again. We are now mid-Aug and still nothing. I have been waiting over two months. First time customer and unlikely to ever order again from them despite how the staff have been trying to appease me.

I received a product and there was a problem with it. Emailed Revolve and had the most amazing customer service from Sinead.

She was quick, full of apology, polite and solved the problem immediately. A great ambassador for the company.

One of the worst experiences I've ever…

One of the worst experiences I've ever had and the worst shopping site.. All shopping sites show the size accurately.. I bought four sneakers and chose the size I always choose.. But when it arrived it turned out that the size was US and not UK and there was no specification next to the number.. When I wanted to return it cost me $343 and I talked about this matter with customer service who offered me $50 as a one-time assistance!!

No longer giving recognition to all

I used this shop in the past when I was shopping for a ex girlfriend. One of the things which really attracted me to this site which no one else did was it gave recognition to the designer, the photographer as well as the model and I have recently been on to the site and have seen they have changed this, I think this is such a shame as it really made them stand out from the rest.

Revolve is amazing!

I ordered a dress here recently - they carry higher priced items/designers, but I find the majority are competitively priced based on where you find them elsewhere. The dress was stunning and amazing quality. Shipping was super fast (I’m in Canada) and it arrived within a few days of placing the order; I was also provided with tracking info so I could stay up to date with where the item was during the shipping process. There were some issues with the dress (missing belt loop, etc.) but when I reached out to customer service they were super responsive and more than resolved the issue promptly (like, within an hour of reaching out to them) - honestly some of the best customer service I have ever had. They made a point of emphasizing that receiving an item not in perfect condition was not the experience they wanted a customer to have or in line with their company. I was reluctant initially to buy such a high priced item online from a company I’d never dealt with before, but my experience was amazing and I will 100% go back. Amazing customer service!!!

Genuinely the best customer experience…

Genuinely the best customer experience from any of the online retailers I’ve used to shop. Returns are always hassle free which is huge in todays world and keeps me coming back. They provide a prepaid label in the parcel and they never make you chase or miss returns like others. 5* from me

I ordered a Ralph Lauren gray hoodie in…

I ordered a Ralph Lauren gray hoodie in a size medium. You can imagine the surprise I had when I opened it up to a used gray cropped hoodie size small in the brand ALO yoga which Revolve doesn’t even carry. They have a dishonest employee swapping out their own clothes with new items that are to be shipped. I’ve never been so angry. I called and they are sending me a new one but I still have to go out of my way to go to UPS to return this disgusting used hoodie.

It used to be top service but now its…

It used to be top service but now its really mid. I have purchased a bikini kit and since im in Quebec I didn’t had the chance to wear it. It is white and I think the material had a really poor quality, it turned pink-ish. they put it in 70% discount after I purchased it. I have called the customer service but they really didn’t care even if I bought A LOT from them and I never complained.

Need to crack down on Faux Influencer wear and return ppl.

So I love many of their items and the shipping is fast if you have a sudden event come up. But… they have a LOT of wear and return issues. So you’ll buy a $500 item and it is CLEARLY a return that someone wore. Many of the items don’t even have tags—where is the quality control?!. Some have staining on the inside that is clearly body oil/tanner/makeup…

You can only make money off the people who keep the clothing. So maybe it is time to ban the faux-fluencers
