Takes a long time with withdrawal

Don’t sign up for this casino if you think you’re going to get free spins. I receive a lot of junk mail from this casino. I don’t know why it’s being sent to me. I don’t remember signing up for any of their correspondence but one day last week. I received an email saying that I would get 200 free spins immediately after signing up with no deposit required so I clicked on that link signed up and lo and behold, I had no free spins so I sent them an email which actually got denied mail service because it was it had an image attached to it so I sent another email and I said hey like what’s going on where’s my free spins and they replied with their helpdesk so they created a ticket for me so that was perfect. They said what what what spins are you talking about like what promotion are you talking about so I sent the screenshot of the email I received which is clear as day says sign up get your free spins plus there was also like a deposit bonus you know all as well sort of like information attached to that email, but I was interested in the no deposit free spins just for signing up so I sent that image and the reply back I got was that my sign-up wasn’t associated to one of their affiliates and therefore I get no free spins but of course they offered me a very generous deposit bonus you know like give them money bonus no thank you you bastard no thank you see what that is. That is a bait and switch move. That is a scam in Canada and you’ll be lucky if you’re still operating within the next six months because I am reporting this to the authorities and I encourage anyone who receives their emails to ignore them. There’s no free spins it’s all a lie. It’s all a scam. It’s fraud.

I proceed a withdraw, when I contacted them about that , they said it needed 3 days to proceed . Ok, I was waiting and 4th day they cancel the withdrawal with the excuse that was their fault. After a make new withdraw request they said you need now to wait another 3 days. Can you imagine ? For a $200. Spammers. Do not trust them with your many. Play on trusted sites !

I have already sent you 86 messages, and each time you keep giving me a different excuse.
The relevant department promised to review my case as soon as possible, but it has now been two months.
