Quick delivery of good value item . This concealer covers my hyperpigmentation which is normally a struggle.

The products are affordable and good quality. Long lasting and easy to apply. Over all I am satisfied with the experience with revolution.

Great shade range better than high end foundations and they do a paler colour shade range too which I'm happy about - F2 is too dark for me and the undertone was off and F1 is a tad yellow for me.
Honestly, these are as good as high end foundations I have bought if not better.
I have very dry skin, and so I bought the Conceal and hydrate but was disappointed with the coverage, I felt it was more of a medium coverage that now seems a bit watery and thin. I often used conceal and define before, and went back to it for the better coverage, the old one which is still good but I have to moisturise well now that I'm older. The new conceal and define soft matte - the finish weirdly looked dryer than the old C&D. But I'm glad I can better shade match by adding a bit of F0.2n to F0.5 which is really cheap to do so if you need to buy mixer shades without looking orange now, compared to other brands. I still would prefer an oil/wax based foundation stick or balm foundation for more mature, dry skin though, full coverage. Other brands the colours in stick form are just terrible for me and I'm not paying some £40 to get it wrong. I would not wear a sheer foundation at all in any form just because I have dry skin, I have never seen the point in them so I don't like their sheer range. The new cushion foundation, couldn't buy one, the colours were too dark and orangey and terrible for me. I am surprised the full coverage concealers do not seem to be more full coverage than the full coverage foundations though.
The new blur long wear is a pretty finish and quite good for a medium coverage foundation and I'd easily use it over any high end medium coverage foundation. But at the end of the day I want a full cover balm or stick moisturising option and I hope they Revolution will make it.

I have no complaints about the service, ease of ordering and the very fast delivery, but two of the products are not great....and this is the first time I have ever had something that doesn't work from this brilliant brand.

I am highly disappointed with the packaging standards used for my recent order. I purchased a makeup bag along with several other cosmetic items. Instead of placing my order securely inside a shipping box or a standard mailer bag, the items were simply shoved directly inside the clear makeup bag I had purchased, and the delivery label was stuck straight onto the product itself.Shipping an order this way is completely unacceptable for an established brand. Because the packaging was entirely clear, the contents were fully visible to anyone handling the parcel, creating an open invitation for theft. Furthermore, leaving the retail product completely exposed to dirty sorting belts, warehouse floors, and weather elements meant it arrived in a completely unhygienic state.I contacted customer service to complain about this negligent packaging, and to their credit, I have been refunded. However, the fact that a major brand thinks it is acceptable to ship customer orders with absolutely zero outer protection or privacy is shocking. I am leaving this review to warn other shoppers and to urge management to urgently review their dispatch and packing standards.
