I ordered a Hyundai rototiller that was in stock. Emailed to say it's on its way to me to get another email next day to tell me it's no longer available. What a complete Con. Will be lucky to ever receive my £89 refund. They said refund will take 30 days. Stay clear of this scam company. You never receive a penny back.

What a pain in the butt this company is try as i might i cant close an account with them.

I ordered the Revolt CBC gummies
The with on hrs. I realized that I didn't want them I Emailed them and Cancelled the. The order was shipped anyway, I Never opened the package
And tried to call and ask for a refund but haven't had any luck. I ordered in mid Dec 2025. I have not had any answer from the Revolt Co.
I don't want to give low low review but they have not been helpful.

I found nothing to fault with B𞥐ffe nPur𞥑ş. What appeared impossible at first—£156k—was recovered through consistent communication and expert management.

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY, they withdrew money from my account without my permission then told me that unless i keep paying monthly fees they will take action against me. THIEVES, HIGHWAY ROBBERY

I am honestly disgusted with this bank. Took them 3 months to come back with a charge back and tell me they are not giving me it , after showing evidence I could stay in property it was not what we booked they are refusing my charge back. Never again will inside this bank. They have lost me for personal and business 👨‍💼

They keep spamming without stopping to download their app.

I stopped using it over their bad services this does nothing to improve their bad reputation

A payment coming to my account got reverted and was supposed to be sent back to the sender, I contacted the bank on the 18th July to be told they have sent the funds back to the sender and I would receive a return confirmation to prove it has been sent, it is now 29th of July and after speaking with 3 different operators I still haven’t received a confirmation, and I don’t have the money nor does the sender, So basically just stole my money

Sample no office my money is hold with them since 10 days I update my ID then I can’t do anything they always say wait wait wait update going on this they don’t have brunch they can stole our money and we don’t have control or where we can complain

So many people on here just don't seem to know the difference between Revolt and Revolut!!!!
This review is for Revolt not Revolut.
Revolut is a bank and is really good especially for digital cards.
Revolt on the other hand seems to be many types of businesses but same thing in common don't trust.

If I could give 0 rate I would.
I placed an order with these people they took my money.
I received no email of confirmation
I messaged them and they replied saying I did not have a order 😑
The money left my bank.
Do not order anything from these people unless you want to get ripped off.

Terrible customer service. I had an email informing me they were closing my account, no explanation. Not only did they do this but they emptied my 12 year old daughters account and left her without any money without any warning. I've just applied for a monzo card for her as I've had zero problems with them. Revolut are not a great bank.

Would not recommend anyone to use Revolt for a business account.

I sold a car to a customer,there was a delay of receiving the transfer therefore the customer sent another payment thinking there was an issue from her bank.

Revolt in there wisdom deemed the transactions to be suspicious and cancelled my account without giving an explanation.

As a small independent business not having a business account without given transition time is unforgivable.

PLEASE FIND OTHER BANKS TO SUPPORT YOU IF YOU WANT TO SUCCEED.

I was a victim of a scam, and my experience with Revolut has been deeply disappointing. Scammers gained access to my account, and I unknowingly authorized payments, believing I was interacting with the customer support team of another company.

When I reported the incident, Revolut refused to refund the stolen money, citing that the payments were authorized by me. This completely ignores the fact that I was deceived by fraudsters. As a big financial organization, Revolut should prioritize protecting its customers and implementing safeguards against such scams.

I would not recommend using Revolut. Please, please be cautious and beware of the risks. Their lack of support and unwillingness to take responsibility has left me disheartened and out of pocket.

Well I have to say it's the best bank I've ever had! It is now a bank and recognised by the UK financial services so all this negative feedback was years ago. We all have to start somewhere and I have used customer services 3/4 times and they are open 24/7.
Fore it's a great bank.
