I have two outstanding invoices and no response from support regarding this. Can someone explain what's happening? We risked all our money and paid the users.

We have already been scammed out of thousands of dollars by Revlum. When we try to contact them, they do not respond to us and even after processing the payment, the payment does not arrive.

I'm a Revlum publisher and they owe us a few thousand dollars but haven't paid it and now aren't replying to emails either. Revlum might be in severe financial distress unless they're acting sketchy for a different reason. I'll post an update if I hear back from them or after we take legal action against them.

I’ve been working with Revlum.com for a while and everything was going well — all my traffic and users were 100% legitimate. Suddenly, my wall got banned without any warning or clear explanation.
I reached out to their support several times but never received a proper response or justification. It’s really disappointing to see such a lack of transparency and communication from a company that claims to value its partners.
I hope they start treating their publishers more fairly and provide honest explanations when taking such actions.

I have 3 outstanding invoices totaling $2,000 and nothing has been paid yet. There is no customer service and no response to any inquiries. Do not work with this company or you will regret it.

Really disappointed, spent a lot of time and money on offers to level up, but when it is time to receive rewards, nothing is paid and no response, I think everyone should rather do offers through other providers, the bad path is that the offer is started through Revlum so you can't re-attempt via a different provider, so all that time and effort is for nothing.

Customer support doesn't exist

I sent a ticket for missing credits a month ago and I still haven't received any information. Not even a confirmation of receiving the ticket on their part. Absolute unprofessionalism. Do not use their services if you need to contact their customer support. Simply went radio silent...

I sent a ticket from an offer several days ago, not even a confirmation on the ticket was recieved on my email. They dont have any information to contact customer support. Can you guys reply to my ticket?

Still missing the credits even when my Ticket was approved, and the task say now completed, i got 0.00 and never recived the missing credits.

Wish I would have done the research before attempting a pricy offer with this offer wall. It did not track now I cannot find a way to contact their support team! Yikes, looking like I am out $20 now. Crazy you cant find their ticket link!!

Update: although the offer says it usually credits instantly, this was not the case for me. On the bright side, at least it shows as pending now in my activity section. It's important to me that offers that require me to put in money, credit instantly or it causes too much worry. I updated my review to 3 stars & plan to bump it up more once the credits do go through. Thank you support team for your response.

Edit: you lying scammers how do you know what my account is? I did not share any details here, stop lying there were no chargebacks, you scammers. I contacted multiple times with support no reply.

I'm a Revlum publisher. One day, I was suddenly unable to log in to my account. I contacted support, and they told me I was no longer suitable for their platform. They deleted my account without any prior notice. When I asked about my pending payment, they claimed it would be sent—but it's been months, and I haven’t received anything. They’ve stopped responding altogether. Revlum is a scam and an absolute joke of a company.

I did two tasks through the provider ''revlum'', one of them consisted of depositing, KYC verification and creating an account on the COINBASE app, well, I did it. Dozens of days went by and no response, I sent an email and, as you can imagine, they didn't even respond. My proof? Attached to the email, but as you might think, they act stupid and don't read it. The other was based on cashout in a survey app, there were two steps, the first one didn't count as well as the second one. I sent the proof by email to them. The response? hahaha! What response? A horrible provider, it delivers absolutely nothing, in addition to defrauding its customers.

Okay so I completed an offer on your wall months ago and have been trying to contact you guys. I wasn't paid for my deposit on one of your offers the casino called MCLUCK. This seems very scammy. Clearly they are scamming on purpose and all these good reviews are clearly fake. They gave up on trustpilot obviously. There goes my money

Honestly, I tried two offers on the revlum wall on the freecash website, none of the offers were counted... I don't know why
