Great customer service

Mark & Danny were great and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Deal with multiple customers, and always make you feel like you are the only one. Helped me sort my finance and get into a beautiful BMW M140i. Bought from Mark before with a Cupra and went back for the M140. Next car will be from Revitup again.

“SHEDS R US”

I think I have had a narrow escape with this company after making an “appointment” to view their mint genuine low mileage (24k) Mercedes C63 saloon last Saturday. We arrived within 5 minutes of the agreed time for a test drive. No fuel in the car! We waited for someone to go get some fuel, when the car eventually started it sounded like an old tractor, then they had to reset some engine management light, they said it was because it had run out of fuel.
The biggest load of old tosh I’ve ever heard, we eventually went for the agreed test drive and it drove and rode like my old Tranny van from back in the day!
The rear suspension is knackered and I expect it is because it’s been screwed within an inch of its life.
The alloys were knackered and they said they hadn’t been done because the new owner could have them any colour they wanted.
So thanks to the “back street garage boys” I’ve lost 4 hours of my life I’m never going to get back.
After listening to all the crap about my pe/x ( mint gla 45 amg with 32k genuine miles ) we left.
When I got back home I went on the DVLA website to check what they had told me about the previous mot’s and found that it had previously failed on suspension issues and wait for it……. It hasn’t been taxed since October 2022! Very strange!
My advice, I would give Revitup a wide berth and find a reputable dealer.

Sold my car 👌🏽

Messaged them on Wednesday asking if they are interested in buying my car, by Friday they had already picked the car up and drove 120 miles each way to collect. Payment received within 24 hours and completely stress free sale.
Will definitely be dealing with them again in the future 👌🏽

Absolute bunch of messers

Absolute bunch of messers! There is a reason why they’ve deleted their page from Google to try and hide all their bad reviews! Most the good reviews on here are from the staff members and their families. Before you go and give your hard earned money for an overpriced death trap look elsewhere. After sales is a complete waste of time. They have such good potential to be the best garage in the UK but unfortunately don’t care enough once they have your money. AVOID

Purchased a £17,000 Subaru Impreza WRX…

Purchased a £17,000 Subaru Impreza WRX STI.
The description / photos described the car as wide bodied, tucked wheels, recent paint job - 1/1.
They weren’t wrong it was 1/1 a complete and utter shambles of a car.

Reality was:
Not serviced at proper intervals.
Brakes not looked at it in 3 year - £1500 repair job.
2 tyres fast puncture.
2 tyres bald.
All alloys damaged.
It was cheaper replacing tyres / alloys - £1400
They sold the car with the clutch all but done so there was another £1250.

Their sales team are amazing though, they said, and I quote “we don’t warranty breaks, or clutch, or that m8”.

At least grasp the English language before you attempt to start a business.

Oh, we continue, they tried to sell this Subaru as a “an ex-pat”, trust me, they know nothing about cars from abroad. This thing cost £2000 to strip and properly underseal.

Body work damaged / rusted.
Wide body kit:
eBay kit drilled through the body
Not painted properly
Holes in the bodywork

I was sold a wide bodied, mint underneath, mint everything… Reality is - cowboys.

AMG Purchase

Brought my nercedes AMG from them, great from start to finish, cars where amazing in showroom, finding it hard to believe some of the reviews on here and when I asked about them they said 1 or 2 are real and was never going to be resolved but others are friends of the unhappy ones, all I can say is I was over the moon and 1 week after purchase a headlight went faulty, called them and a replacement arrived 3 days later and when I sent copy of fitting costs it was transfered to my bank, I couldn't be happier. I suppose the moral is, mistakes can be made but it's not always the case of bad service, sometimes it's just alit of emotions leading to attacking and pay back, for me, I'm happy as a pig in you know what

Avoid as after sales is a Joke …

First off let me stae that cars can break or go wrong that's not my issue, it's the after sales service. It would take ten pages to include everything.
In summary DO NOT waste your time or money as if you have a problem they give false promises, Such as
"Don't worry we will sort it." etc etc
Then don't answer your calls, emails or texts. I had to go down twice in person and it still wasn't resolved I'd had the car four months at this point. Total repair bill so far £3500.
Told me to carry out warranty fraud, bearing in my mind I work alongside Merseyside Police!
Told me they have "friendly" MOT testers, again, illegal!
Said they could get the parts cheaper, then they couldn't which went for weeks!
It's a shame as the cars they sell look great I traded in my perfectly good Volvo S90 and it was gone in a week!
Probably the worst buying experience I've had buying a used car. And to think the owner Mark said
"Obviously I want you to buy another car off me," after saying he would sort my car. I'd even offered to cover some of the costs myself.
I wouldn't buy a mars bar off them. Bunch of Clowns.

Wish I'd read these reviews before my brother bought his car from here. Good enough at selling a car to him but the car is not registered in this country so can't get a log book all he has is the new keeper slip. Don't answer the phone when you ring them. It's been a on going issue for over 12 months. If I'm honest I wouldn't buy a push bike off them

Leaving 1 star as It won’t let me leave 0 stars.
Bought a Subaru WRX STi, July 2022, put it straight into my local specialist and they told me it had a dodgy mot,
Car needed a few grand spent on it to put right. Rev It up refused to pay to fix all issues. They refused to take the car back and would only offer trade value even to px against another car just so I could had it back; all Within the first 14days.
Had to take them to court over it and obviously it was ruled in my favour. That’s it not long resolved now after getting the car July 2022.

It’s a shame this Garage is owned and run by Cow boys. If they had an ounce of honesty and passion they would probably be one of the best performance garages in the country.

But they don’t and they are happy to sell over priced junk that isn’t road worthy nor pre delivery inspected before they are sent out the door.

They sell overpriced death traps, please don’t fall for it. The cars may look heavily modified and pristine but in reality they’re on the verge of blowing up.spoke to multiple customers who are currently taking them to court for selling a vehicle not fit for purpose. keep away from these cowboys at all costs.

Do not buy off this company

Do not buy off this company. They sold us a car which is not road worthy and has a bent MOT. Tried to communicate with them and having no response. Now in the hands of trading standards, VOSA and we are taking legal action.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs, they lied to me about the previous owners on the car and then went on to fraud documents on behalf of apparently the previous owner’s. Had faults on the car after taking it to the garage and they refused to repair the car . Sell dodgy car that you need a “friendly” person to MOT it . Don’t let the nice cars draw you in stay away

Robbing Lying Cowboys…

Couldn’t write a review without giving a star. This company doesn’t deserve even 1 star! Lads are a bunch of cowboys, robbing lying tw*ts. Boyf brought a car from them in March 23, 4 months later we are still waiting on log book. Kept on chasing them excuses after excuses from them.. we had the car looked at and turned out the car has serval issues. We asked for a refund but they explained they have a right to fix the problems found which, we are still waiting on them to reply to those messages for months. Still refusing to fix ot refund. When we first went in put deposit down on the vehicle most was paid in cash and the rest was done through a finance, a week later we had gone to collect the car an they has demanding more money in cash even tho the finance had already been paid out to them and all papers incl receipts were written out and signed. we have evidence of fraud this company has committed, so feel free to get in touch if need to see this if your having trouble yourself. It’s also been investigated with the police too jts that bad

I bought a car on the 1st of July

I bought a car on the 1st of July, and reported a clutch issue 4 days later. It is now the 27th of July and i am having to constantly chase for help on the situation, when the concern was raised i was told to commit warranty fraud as clutches are not covered under warranty which i understand, but having reported the fault 4 days later this legally has to be covered. When i raised that i am not comfortable with doing this it was only then agreed that the parts minus labour would be covered. Many empty promises of call backs and read messages that have not been responded too. As of now i am still being ignored after being told i would receive a call back.

All they do is sell dodgy cars and provide no communication after they have your money! Stay well clear of this garage! Stated that my vehicle comes with a 6 month warranty which covered everything except wear and tear. Turns out the warranty was only 500 pound which wouldn't even cover a fraction of the cost of the work needing done. Car was sold with 0 miles of fuel and engine management light appeared as I was driving the vehicle home. Absolutely shocked at the customer service!
