Disgraceful company!never delivered out product and ignored all emails when we tried to explain we never received it, they replied initially to say we had and it was delivered but further to that thru ignored us. Probably never even sent it and do this time and time again! Awful customer service , stay away!!

I emailed for a maintenance home call. Was contacted and given a time and day almost by return.
David and Joel were very thorough and respectful of my Recliner finding little wrong.
The best part of their visit they declined to charge me the agreed call out sum of $80.00 due to not finding much wrong. Thank you to all three including Courtney for your special service.

Knee sleeves/supports arrived in good condition but much to big despite using on line size guide. I have emailed the company several times to try and arrange a return and order for a smaller size but they just do not reply other than to send a review request
