A friendly experience

So, let's get into it basically I see in the comments that they're saying that its a horrible company to work for which is slightly true but its worse than that its atrocious. I don't hate to say it because once you have experience them and their unprofessional mangers and higher ups you start to see why you need to instantly replace them with something way better before they replace you, I see why within a week or two agents leave and don't look back because being an agent that have that job loyalty to them means completely jack nothing to them. I had a friend (im not saying no names) that worked here that told me a friend of hers had placed in a two weeks because she found a better job and wanted to give them a heads up so that they could find someone to replace her and the very next day fried her, another source/friend (again not saying names) told me that she has worked for them 2 years plus and they have not only mistreated her but mentally abused her as well till a point she had to get therapy, they have lied to her and on her. She informed me that within her third year with them that she had this female manager who kept failing her calls constantly especially for even the smallest things until she was almost on a final and then they switched her on the female's manager friend team and she also kept auto failing her as well then she ended up on the final. When she gotten coached on her calls on what she was doing incorrectly she basically tried to correct what she was doing "wrong" on her calls and still she was failing her calls, when she asked what she could do better? The manager seemed careless told her that she might get fried and that this job is not for everyone and snickered at her confusion and pain, she asked her for a reason because if she blink too hard they might've failed even more of her calls. Eventually she got switched off of that team and on to another managers team and was switched again and again and whenever she was switched on those managers team those managers asked how come she was on a final? And she was confused on why she was too, passing all her calls suddenly out of nowhere. Once she was there for a little bit longer they had a huge meeting that she was told they had to be laid off right then and there and when she tried to receive un employment but didn't qualify cause it turned out that they lied about the lay off placing them on some type of leave?. So, she basically went back cause they re hired and within 2 in a half months they congratulated her being there longer and then made up something to term her falsely firing her because she has told me whenever she would fight tooth and nail defending herself they would keep trying to come after her specifically and she didn't know why if she's doing her job why . I would not recommend at all their known for purposely taking agents money, they cut your hours at will like how is that even legal?, managers and higher ups are really unprofessional and it seems that if they have favoritism there and you're an ass sucker then you may last but they still don't care and that don't matter because they get rid of anyone at will. And if they do not like you and feel threatened by you and feel as if though you might take their position then they will desperately do everything in their will power to get rid of you because they be trying to save their own asses knowing that their position are temporary and at risk too but always do the right thing, right.
