Refurbished iPhone with faulty battery and missing eSIM, claim rejected without inspection

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro Max from Revibe, expecting a device that matched the quality and features advertised. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.

First, the eSIM facility: a standard feature for this model was not available, and despite raising this directly, Revibe has not provided any terms and conditions to justify its absence.

Second, the battery does not hold a charge for a full day of normal use, even though the battery health indicator shows 100%. This raises serious questions about the accuracy of their quality checks before resale.

When I raised a claim regarding these issues, it was rejected based solely on submitted screenshots, without any physical inspection of the device. I requested an inspection to properly assess the hardware fault, but this was not offered.

Overall, the resolution process felt dismissive rather than genuinely investigative. I would recommend potential buyers thoroughly verify device functionality immediately after purchase and be prepared to push for proper inspections if issues arise.

I bought iPhone which came with a…

I bought iPhone which came with a screen that was replaced which is fine. A month later screen died. I logged claim, device was collected they cancelled my claim. Now my phone is gone it cannot be traced.. I have been making calls. They never answer calls. Their service is bad bad. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am told that someone will come collect my device. I am like someone has already picked it up. I am here thinking my phone is lost. They don't answer phones

They are a complete disgrace.

Their behaviour is abusive, irresponsible, and totally unacceptable. They take customers’ money, sell defective and unsafe products, and then hide behind slow, useless support instead of solving the problem.

I bought a MacBook Pro from them and the laptop arrived completely dirty, locked with a password, and still linked to another owner. This means the device could potentially be remotely accessed, controlled, or managed by someone else. This is not a normal technical problem. This is a serious security risk, and a laptop in that condition should never be sold.

Even worse, their support took one full week just to provide the password. After many emails, their replies were always late, vague, incompetent, and completely useless. They ignored the evidence we sent and refused to properly address the main issue: they are selling devices that clearly have not been correctly checked, cleaned, reset, or prepared before delivery.

We also paid extra for warranty, which makes the situation even more insulting. After 20 days, we still do not have a working laptop, we still do not have a proper solution, and we still do not have our money refunded.

This company shows no respect for clients, no respect for the money paid, and no responsibility for the damage caused by their negligence. Their customer support is a failure, their quality control is a failure, and their business behaviour is shameful.

Do not buy from them. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

Frustrating service!

Terrible delivery experience and complete lack of communication.
​I am extremely frustrated with the service provided for my recent order. My package has been delayed for three days, and the company has been entirely unreachable. I have sent two emails requesting a status update and received zero response. Furthermore, trying to contact them by phone has been completely unsuccessful.
​When checking the app, the status claims an "attempted delivery due to an incorrect consignee address." This is completely inaccurate. The delivery rider called me directly to ask for my location, which I immediately shared via WhatsApp. Since then, I have been repeatedly promised that the delivery would arrive "tomorrow," but this excuse has been given to me for three consecutive days with no actual progress.
​The lack of internal updates, incorrect status tracking, and nonexistent customer support are completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate update on my package and a response to my inquiries.
Furthermore, we have 12 members on our team which all of them warned me not to order from Revibe after reading reviews online.However, I trusted my instincts and the positive responses from the users & decided to try. They all are waiting for my reference to order via Revibe. Looks like I'm going to lose this one!

I rise a claim regarding my device because it was not working so I logged a refund on the 20 of may 2026 till today I got no responsed when I tried to call them they kept on giving me empty promises until today since may till now I didn't get my refund revibe is totally failing me I feel like im being scammed

Hey I write this review regarding this website that they have damaged phone I already wrote a review but this the second one because they are liers and they said they have one year warranty. I have tried to contact their support they don’t reply me and when I started to send emails I been blocked . Now I have shared the order number in the previous review however they said they don’t have this order , now they are trying to run away from their responsibility of selling me a damage phone around 3000 aed iPhone 15 pro max but I choose the excellent condition but they send me the lowest bottom line condition and it was through Tamara , now I have a problem with this agency of shop now and pay later , am paying installment for a damaged phone .

Paid for excellent got a 92% battery.

So I wrote a Trustpilot review about import from Dubai into Thailand on July 01.

Shortly afterwards I found the battery at 92%, I paid for 'excellent' and its suposed to be 95%. Only 3% difference, but this means the phone was never quality checked, you would think the battery condition would be the first on the list to check. Every response I get to my complaints is answered by a different rep who does not know the history. Frustrating. I dont want to return it as I read a few people have problems with refunds. Never again. Revibe do not respond to me I have better things to do.

I bought the phone via payjustnow cause i didn't trust revibe but they proved me wrong and I'm happy with my purchase

Not everyone is going to be happy on the reviews but the company is legit

Disappointed

I purchased an iphone 13 mini excellent condition 04/06/26, unfortunately I saw people's reviews on TikTok after the I had placed my order. But I stayed calm and hoped for the best, well my phone was finally delivered on the 17/06/26. The phone was good, working well no scratches but after 3 weeks 06/07/26 it showed a message "battery unrecognized, something unknown part " then it stopped charging. It doesn’t go beyond 1% when I charge it and unfortunately I cannot return the device because I've passed the 10 day policy. I will try to check I they can fix it for me but for now I'm disappointed and I would honestly not recommend someone to purchase a device from revibe. Maybe revibe should also consider extending their return policy to at least 20 day
