Run away from "revenx.com" Lead Gen…

Run away from revenx.com Lead Generation Services. After posting my review, the CEO and representatives contacted me by phone and email, only to convince me to take this down. They refused to waive the termination fee and instead offered to refund only half of one month’s service only if I agreed to remove this review. When I declined, they threatened legal action — which, in my opinion, says a lot about how they operate. I paid $1,700 per month for 3 months ($5,100) for what was described as pre-qualified retirement-planning appointments with state and university employees. What I actually received was far from that. The employee lists they call on are publicly available. Their appointment-setters did not verify interest, intent, or financial relevance the way it was presented during the sales process. I listened to the sample recordings provided and confirmed that most prospects had no idea why a follow-up meeting was scheduled. When I asked to review all the appointment-setting recordings, I was told I would have to pay extra for access! Most of the “appointments” never answered, most likely because the calls were made to their work numbers during work hours. Those who did answer were typically confused and frustrated - stating that their HR department verified that I had no relationship with their employer. Despite this, Revenx continued to charge me full price. Customer service was also disappointing. Even after speaking directly with the CEO and explaining my concerns, no satisfactory resolution was offered. Only after they read my review did they offer a partial refund of $850 — less than 17% of the total — only if I agreed to remove this post. In my experience, this company did not deliver the professionalism or results that were promised. I recommend researching carefully and requesting verified proof of call quality and client satisfaction before signing any agreement.

Updated: Bruce - I'm not sure why you're lying about us. We did offer you a resolution, and we've never threatened any legal action against you. We are still 100% willing to deliver and we still have you in rotation to receive your appointments. For anyone reading this, feel free to look at all of the reviews below on Google and elsewhere. We're working with some of the largest agencies and IMOs in the industry and last year booked over 44,000 appointments. We wouldn't do this volume if we didn't have agents who see success. There will always be haters, so it is what it is on those.

Original Response: Thanks for the feedback. We’re sorry we missed the mark here—this is on us, and we’re fixing it.

Our standard process is to verify employment, confirm benefits questions, and double-confirm before scheduling. If you experienced anything less, we failed our own standards.

We’ve reached out directly to make it right and review/replace any appointments that didn’t meet qualifications.

For anyone reading: we publish unedited client reviews, recent results, and booked appointments page here: https://revenx.com/booked-appointments/

I’m the CEO—email me at jeremy.h@revenx.com and I’ll resolve this personally.
