I ordered a pair of loafers from Revene…

I ordered a pair of loafers from Revene - the items that turned up bore no resemblence to those on the website. Terrible stitching, wrong colour, really skimpy sole/heel unit. More importantly, despite being advertised as real suede, they were poor quality imitation. They arrive wrapped in a plastic bag after about three weeks. Basically drop-shipped and terrible quality. After complainng and asking for a return label they've given me an 80% refund. Don't bother.
