Arbitrary Reviews and Zero Tolerance for Feedback
My experience with Revelo started off quite positive. I joined in March and worked for about a month. During that time, there was a steady flow of tasks, and payments were made correctly, which shows reliability in that aspect.
However, things changed significantly in the last week. The company mentioned that they had hired new reviewers to evaluate projects, and shortly after that, I began facing issues. Within just two days, six of my tasks were rejected. Many of these reviews appeared to be AI-generated — including emojis, generic feedback, and in some cases, comments that didn’t even make sense in relation to the work submitted.
When I raised concerns, I was told there was nothing wrong. But after looking deeper, I found multiple support tickets from other contributors reporting the exact same issue: arbitrary rejections and low-quality, generic feedback.
Even after pointing this out, the company continued to deny any problem. At that point, I became more assertive, as it didn’t make sense to keep redoing properly completed work due to inconsistent evaluations. The following day, I was permanently banned from all projects, with the justification that I had violated company conduct.
Conclusion: Revelo offers good pay and has available work, but there is little to no openness to feedback or issue resolution. If you encounter unfair situations, it’s unlikely they will be addressed — and insisting on it may result in being banned.
