Every one of our draws is completely random so whether its your first time or you have been playing for years, every ticket has exactly the same chance of winning. Thanks for playing our competitions and supporting us all these years. I'm really sorry to hear you haven't been lucky with your tickets yet and appreciate the frustration of playing for so long without a win. As is the nature of completely random competitions unfortunately, someone could win on their very first ticket and others could play for years without a win.

To answer the concerns raised in your review - regarding "profits" Its easy to confuse operating revenue with profit - they are very different things unfortunately.

We buy top-end vehicles from select dealers, so we only run competitions for the best quality prizes. Likewise for the other prizes, we use high street suppliers and top brands, so every winner gets brand new high-end prizes with full warranties and vendor support.

Taking the cost of the prizes off the revenue we make, we also have 3 business units to pay for to store vehicles / prizes, run the live draws... we have advertising and marketing costs that can run into 7 figures a year (that alone is a HUGE expense), free delivery anywhere in the UK, free competitions every week, referral bonus draws, 1% revvies back on every purchase, free merchandise giveaways, and a card handling cost from the payment provider for every single order placed (another major cost). That's just some of our costs, its a much longer list... and that's before any of the team get paid.

As Rev Comps has grown, our team has grown. As well as those of us you see on the live shows we have a back office team working to source, prepare and deliver the vehicles, support our customers, manage payments and auto draw prize deliveries... plus we have a team of drivers to deliver our vehicles free of charge anywhere in the UK... and we do mean anywhere at our cost 💪

Also, many of our competitions undersell, sometimes quite badly, but we always draw on time, without fail, so we make a loss on some of our vehicle competitions, sometimes significantly. We of course do make a profit overall, there would be no point running any business and working 7 days a week if we didn't... but profit is vastly less than revenue and what people would imagine.

Again I am sorry you haven't won yet and we wish everyone who enters our competitions could win, especially those like yourself who have supported us for many years. Respectfully, any suggestion that our draws are rigged or friends win is simply not true. We have winners across every corner of the UK, 6000+ vehicle winners so far plus probably over 100,000 other winners of smaller prizes so far.

All our draws are completely random - whether it’s the auto draws or our live draw ball machine, we simply draw a random number within the range of tickets for that draw, and if that number has been sold then that is the winning number. If the number is unsold, we draw again. At the time the winning number is drawn we have no idea who has that ticket, where they are from, or if they have won before. Every draw is independent of all other draws and every ticket number has exactly the same chance (odds) of being drawn.

Thanks for the mention of our charity donations too - this is entirely thanks to the support we have from customers like yourself supporting us all these years - over £1.2 million raised so far including a record £120,000 for the 2025 Toy Appeal 🤝

We are a UK based competition company operating under UK legislation, and as such our competitions are only available to people living in the UK or Republic of Ireland.

Its simply not possible for people outside of the UK or Ireland to enter under current laws, plus it would be impractical for us to deliver our prizes internationally.

In terms of winners in the UK and Ireland we have winners from every part of the country every week. Looking at the winners of our Live Draw on Monday as an example we had winners from:

* Cumbernauld (Scotland)
* Havant (England)
* Ystradowen (Wales)
* Goodwick (Wales)
* Lancaster (England)
* Aberdeen (Scotland)
* Newbury (England)
* Crawley (England)

One of the winners of our larger auto draw prizes last night was from Cahir (Republic of Ireland), as well as many other winners from all over the UK, as usual.

As you can see the winners are not from the same geographical area of the UK at all, and that suggestion is simply nonsense.

All our draws (Ball Machine or Auto Draw) are completely random - we simply pick a random number from all available numbers in that draw. We then check if the number has been sold, and if not we draw again until we get a winning number. Only when a winning number is drawn do we look up the winner's details from the entry list database.

At the point the number is drawn, we have no idea who has that ticket, where they are from, if they have won before, or anything else about the winner - its entirely random.

You are right, we do have a few players who win regularly, however these players buy a lot of tickets each week, especially on the low odds prizes, so their names will appear regularly in the winners list, but that really is a small percentage of our winners. Most people who win with us (especially on the big prizes) only have a couple of tickets and win for the first time.

All our draws are completely random, whether it’s an auto draw or our live draw ball machine. We simply draw a random number within the range of tickets available for that draw, and if that number has been sold then that is the winner. If the number is unsold, we draw again until we get a winner. The system has no idea who bought that ticket, where they are in the country, or if they have won before - every number in the draw has exactly the same chance of winning as any other 👍

What we do see a lot is people winning smaller prizes then going on to win a big prize, as happened with the Motorhome winner on Monday who left us feedback earlier today as well 👍

You're absolutely right too - its easy to understand from our side as well why people get disheartened when not winning - we wish everyone who plays our competitions could win, which is why we run so many free draws as well - give Rev Heads an extra chance of a win with us 👍

We have winners who have won huge prizes on their very first ticket, winners who have won several times from us or win regularly on our smaller prizes, but unfortunately as is the nature of completely random draws some people may not win for a long time or not win at all. We do see this reflected on the occasional low Trustpilot review, which is not really a fair representation of our company, but overall we have one of the best Trustpilot scores in the sector so people can see they are in safe hands with us 🤝

I appreciate the frustration of not winning, and we wish everyone who played our competitions could win, especially a Rev Head like yourself who has supported us since day 1. Respectfully though, I have to disagree with the suggestions that our draws are somehow a fix - that's simply not true.

Alongside our weekly live draws we run hundreds of auto draws every week with a mix of odds, and we have hundreds of new winners every week from all over the UK. You are correct that we also have players who win regularly, but that's simply because they enter several competitions every day. While they win a lot, they spend a lot, so what they win is on average respective to what they spend.

Take the credit draws for example - a fun way to win a chunk of credit with fantastic odds, the only margin on these are our costs. There are 140 tickets in the credit draws and a player can buy up to 4 tickets. Therefore if someone buys 4 tickets they effectively have a 1 in 35 chance, and we can run 50 credit draws a day.

Likewise if someone buys a lot of tickets on our tech draws they will win tech regularly. Please bear in mind the amount of tickets someone else has bought makes no difference to the odds of other tickets winning. Every single ticket has exactly the same odds of winning and costs the same amount - only 1 ticket can win.

As for the suggestion that all our winners are upper class, that again is just not true. We have winners from all demographics and from all over the country. In fact, our biggest cash winners over the past couple of years have mostly been working families who won a life changing sum of money - all these winner calls and winner posts are on Facebook to watch back 👍

In response to your suggestion, we have the lowest max ticket per person limits of any competition site to promote fairness across all our competitions. We have hundreds of new winners every week and most winners have just 1 or 2 tickets, as that's how most people play - a couple of tickets, playing for fun with the chance of a great prize 💪

However, please bear in mind the amount of tickets someone else has bought makes no difference to the odds of your tickets winning. Every single ticket has exactly the same chance of winning and costs the same amount - only 1 ticket can win. While a player themselves has more chance of winning by buying more tickets, they have of course paid for multiple tickets.

Unlike other sites, we don't give bulk purchase discounts, as that would favour players with deeper pockets which we agree would be unfair. Everyone pays the same price per ticket regardless of how many they buy.

While we have the lowest max tickets per player of any competition site, we also need to make sure the competitions are viable - if we lower these limits any further we may not sell enough tickets to run the competition, so we need to find that perfect balance, which I feel we've achieved with the current limits 👍
