Ordered the retrofit led indicator light kit for my 2009 Triumph Tiger. The kit came within a few days of ordering and the quality is fantastic. I fitted them easily and the kit included everything. Very impressed and the cost was very competitive.

Very fast shipment and delivery. Packed with care. Good price and seems quality product (Motolumino indicator led lights for triumph Street triple). Unfortunately only some general instructions and not for this bike.

Excellent experience overall! The delivery was fast, the product quality matched my expectations, and everything worked. My only small suggestion would be to make the front/back and left/right turn signal configuration a bit clearer, as I found it slightly confusing during installation. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

Fast shipping, quality product with ease of installation!

I purchased some projectors with the aim of customizing the headlights on my 2004 Jeep Liberty. Delivery was fast. It was a positive experience for me. There was an error regarding the shrouds, but Retrofitlab sent me two replacements. I recommend this seller.

Retrofitlab.com was the only place where i could find what is needed to repare my old dead xenon headlights. The experience was pretty smooth, and the instalation is not difficult.
Why not 5*: the replacement projectors in the repair kit were of quite low quality, although given the price of the kit, it was expected. I think it might be good to have a choice between cheaper or better options

The order arrived quickly and everything matched the description. The parts look like genuine OEM quality and were well packaged. Communication with the seller was clear and professional.

I especially appreciate that the product was exactly as advertised, without surprises. Installation went smoothly and everything works as expected.

Very expensive for what it is. Customer support is poor - I had an issue where my lights were wonky and they replied "I am afraid that i do not have a solution to fix that to be honest" I would have expected better given the premium price I paid for them!

Easy to use website, pick and choosing extras is handy.
Kit is well made and came with good quality fixings.
The YouTube fitting guides are helpful but hard to follow by keeping pausing and playing. A short paper guide or PDF of the fitting process would be handy too

The product was good and easy to install. It was fast delivery and the company have answered all my questions about their products. I can recommend the company and the product.

If you are buying from the US you will be hit with COD fees on delivery that can vary wildly. While the FAQ section of their site touches on possible Tarriff/tax costs, no where during the checkout process was any of this presented when purchasing from an iPhone and shopify in the US. UPS was demanding an additional $50 in undisclosed COD fees so we refused. The product was returned but we are out $138 plus shipping for nothing and UPS still wants $50.

So stay away from these people. I have purchased from other European vendors and not had any of these experiences. They lie about the purchase process and take your money for a product you will never get without paying ransom for tarrifs and delivery costs you supposedly already paid for.

I struggled with dim headlights on my old Saab for a while and tried many solutions without improvement. Retrofitlab provided everything I needed to finally be able to see at night. It is a DIY project for sure, but instructions are good and it was relativly easy to do. Customer support was good, and the results were night and day (pardon the pun).
