Great service from Rob & James. Called about a problem with boiler not lighting, they turned up on time, persevered until problem diagnosed, ordered the required parts, came back with them next day and success ..., hot water and heat. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

James replaces our old combi external oil boiler and installed a new navien one..on time, on budget, great service. Just a phone call away if there was anything we needed. he even came back and repaird a dripping kitchen tap. have made arragement for retford boiler service to book us in for annual boiler service.

Fast, efficient and considerate company.
I’ve used RBS for a few years to service my boiler which has always been a seem less service from booking appointment to completion. On This occasion my boiler has broken, I reached out to the company who got an engineer to me the next day, diagnosed the fault and was able to provide me with costs and recommendations. The company sourced and fitted a new boiler within two days. Super quick turn around!

James was punctual and reliable came when he said he would. Came to do a annual boiler service to our new property. We found a leak on our boiler which if not repaired would of caused the whole unit to be condemned. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Excellent service from James. He turned up early, was very professional and made sure was my boiler was safe and working. Additionally as an NHS worker I received this service for free, which is incredible. I will now be using him again for other jobs. Highly recommended!
