I had a great experience with Retalent Agency with them sourcing and placing an Executive Assistant in my organization. It took just over a month to find my hire and I am very impressed by the quality. My EA has been onboard for just over a week and she's crushing it. Their team is very communicative and makes it easy to review candidates.

Why I rated 4 star vs 5 star is because of two things: 1. I was unclear on the "finish line", meaning once they found someone, I wasn't sure how to move forward. I did ask them and they shared with me, which helped answer my question. If this was provided up front, that would have made the process feel smoother. And 2. The "off boarding" process was a little clunky to me. It would have been nice to have a final checklist or email closeout that listed the final details of what they did for me, the most important thing for week 1 with an EA, and just asking me if I was satisfied with everything or if I needed anything else.

To summarize, the service was great and I would highly recommend using them to find your EA. It was the "expectations" and "off boarding" specifically that can be upgraded for future clients.

Please do not bother me to delete my review. Udalenno has positive reviews from Matteo Lombardi who is husband of Alina - founder of Udalenno. So it is not genuine experience to get review from your husband. I was hired by your client - your husband's company and Udalleno had to screen that client/husband. So take this remark now and if you want to delete anything delete your husband's comment and his co-workers comments. It is family member experience not client experience. My previous review is directed to you - screen client better. Good luck!

We have used this company to hire our last 2 employees. One of these employees has been our best employee since we hired him, and we expect him to be with us for a very long time, as he has made a wonderful addition to our team. The other employee unfortunately did not work out, but Udalenno worked with us to rectify the situation and took responsibility, which we really appreciated. Finding good long term employees and working through the ones that don't work out is more than you can ask for in a company like this.
