I have bought a few items from Retailstreet and the service and item quality has been 10/10 every single time. Would highly recommend their great prices and fast delivery service.

I've bought a few products from Retailstreet and I had issues with some headphones which I never got a response back which was a bit disappointing. So it's a good product unless the item you've bought has an issue. My suggestion would be answer your customers if you expect them to return.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had a text saying I could choose neighbours or a safe place. I have very dodgy neighbours and in a new home too so barely know them, do I chose no neighbours but put inside my purple bin I also ticked that I accepted full responsibility for my parcel after that point, they delivered it to the second doggies neighbours on the street anyway and just took a photo of their door closed no parcel etc so not really proof, not happy as I said where to leave it and stated no neighbours and even had a text and email saying my safe place had been received...... Will also be alerting the other company that I'm unhappy too......

I've given 5 stars because I have always had a good experience shopping with Retailstreet,unfortunately I recently purchased a PS5 from them,on arrival I found the seal on its box was broken,and when I placed a disc inside it,it made a horrible noise,the disc also stuck so I had to manually eject it,to do so I had to remove the outer cover,the PS5 unit had scratch marks on it,indicating someone had already removed the cover.so I sent it back to Sony for repair,this experience will not stop me from purchasing from Retailstreet again though.

I've bought several PS5 accessories and a game from retail street,excellent service and very quick delivery,I highly recommend them.

Came next day well packaged, fantastic company.

I have requested a returns label from this company as the Nintendo switches I bought were not manufactured for use in the UK. I have requested this label in 8 separate emails and I have understood am blatantly being ignored as if they are trying to wait for the returns window to pass. I have let them know they are in violation of the Customer Rights Act 2015 and they do not care. Shady company, deal with extreme care, would never recommend.

Update: I am still emailing this company to receive a returns label, they are ignoring me but replying to me on here. Wouldn’t use them if it was the last option on Earth. Unthinkable that an company can operate in this manner. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s being run out of someone's shed. Absolutely dreadful

Great online store. Was a bit reluctant to buy from them as this was the first time I had come across their site. I purchased the PSVR 2 which is quite expensive, so I took the chance. It came 2 days later. Super fast delivery. Communication via emails was a bit slow but still recommended. Awesome store!! Thumbs up.
