the product was clearly exactly what i needed and being offered for an affordable price with two-day shipping that was practically free. product arrived as described within the promised shipping window. as a result, i was able to repair my air conditioner at an estimated savings of >$100.

I love that there is someone who comes in as I am shopping in just a few seconds to minutes to ask if I need help, just like in a regular store. Also, I realized that I needed my order sooner and they made it happen without an extra charge and even sent it earlier to ensure that I received it. Excellent!!!!

Product as described, shipped quickly

Shipping was fast unfortunately the ship to address was incorrect on the box and I had to track it through FedEx to my neighbors one block over . My last name was also miss spelled but overall happy with the product very sturdy

Ordered a 12" acrylic cylinder on March 16, Shipped on March 17, estimate delivery date was 7-10 business days. As of right now writing this review it is now April 5th
It has been 17 business days since my product has shipped. I still have not received my product. I have a friend who has also ordered the same product shipped out on the same day. Received his package with the 7-10 business days. 1 star is solely on taking more than 10 business days to reach my destination when a friend ordered on the same day received his in the quoted time.

Update: While waiting for the order, I have been keeping in touch with customer service. They have been keeping me updated with their fast email replies. We have came to a solution. If you ever have a problem make sure to contact customer service, they will try to fix the problem as soon as possible.

Fast, accurate shipping. Definitely recommend.
