Slow, unorganized, and extremely frustrating
It’s been three days of going back and forth with resurs bank. They sent us a link that is not working, a phone number to call that went to the wrong place, and it takes days for anything to progress.
We called customer service and they said they can’t see a request on our name but they are still replying our emails regarding an active request. Said it’s a “software malfunction”.
One of the service providers were very cold and not at all friendly nor solution oriented, had a very “don’t bother me” attitude.
It’s slow, unorganized, and frankly extremely frustrating. I would not recommend.
