Helping those who help others feels good
We recently donated furniture to Habitat for Humanity and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The pickup crew was friendly, courteous, and professional. They made the entire process easy and hassle-free. It's gratifying to know that furniture we no longer need can find a new home while supporting such a worthwhile cause. We appreciate the wonderful work Habitat for Humanity does in our community and the people who make it happen. Highly recommended!

Never again, I'm sad to say. Where to begin...
Where to begin...
1) On Wednesday I received a text from ReSupply saying to watch out for an email to verify the pickup on Friday. The email never came (and I checked my trash and spam). Since the reservation email DID arrive earlier, I know the address was correct. I responded to the text to indicate that I had not received the email. No reply from ReSupply.
2) On Friday, the driver showed up at 10:30 a.m. Proceeded to disassemble the bed at HIS convenience, because he already had too much on his truck. He NEVER told me that there would be an extra charge for this.
3) I received a text from ReSupply at 1:39 p.m. Friday to keep an eye out for the driver! This was LONG after the driver left. This was followed by a text saying the quote was adjusted to include a disassembly charge, and I could either accept or reject the modification. I would receive the quote via email. Again, no email arrived.
Since the driver had already left and they had my stuff, I had no choice but to click the link in the text message, accept the charge and pay the additional fee.
4) Of course, once I paid the additional fee, ReSupply had no problem getting a payment receipt through to my email.
I would expect a refund of the additional disassembly charge, which was only for the convenience of the driver who already had more than he should have on the truck. The items could have been taken as is.

This was a donation game-changer
Salvation Army donation pickups are no longer free, but this new partnership allowed me to book a pickup online with as little as 24 hours' notice. Previously, I had to schedule months or weeks in advance.
The pickup team was great. They contacted me when they were nearby. They were courteous and friendly, and they diligently removed all the boxes.
