I had a really good experience with ResumeZest (I worked with Ericka). Their first draft of my resume was beyond my expectations. I recommend scheduling the 30 minute talk with your resume writer at the beginning to be sure you are both on the same page before they begin working. My wife and I understood the importance of a Resume Writer very late in our career. Once we go hold of one, we realized how we were spinning wheels and wasting time and effort and had left money on the table by not giving our best in our search efforts.
