Working with Jess was great. For only having an entry-level resume amount of history, she made my resume and cover letter look fabulous. When we had our consultation she was very professional and had my best interest to help make everything look good for my goal to be achieved. Speaking with her through the portal chat board was also very helpful. Jess always answered my questions in a timely manner, and we got my resume and cover letter finished pretty quickly which is very much appreciated.
