I was hesitant to use a resume writing service but I also understood that I needed help, especially at C-level. I did some research and came across Resume Spice. The experience was excellent. I had a 90 minute call that actually ran over because Caitlin was so detailed and genuinely cared about every aspect of my background. I had some complex roles and my challenge was to narrow the resume down to 2-3 pages vs the 5 pages I had prior. My fear was that critical achievements would be left out but this team is so skilled, they managed to catch it all. What also stood out to me was her vast knowledge and understanding of company structures, industry terms, etc. that it made it so much easier to navigate through the details. I love the a la carte options and the fact that she didn't attempt to 'sell' me additional services. The turnaround time was also excellent, I had my first draft back in less than 3 business days and a final version within 5 business days. I can say that I'm truly proud of my resume and I'd recommend them to any high level professional who needs this service.
