As other reviews have noted, this place has excellent customer service. I had my delivery in two parts and there was a tiny delivery hiccup with the second part. The customer service staff I dealt with rectified it immediately and even followed up with a call to confirm after. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I recently placed an order with specific delivery instructions. I was delighted to receive an email explaining how they will forward the instructions but that often this aspect is out of their control and may not happen as per the label. I have never had a company take the time to email me regarding something that is really out of their hands. If this is any indication of their dedication to customer service, I won't be buying anywhere else.

I have purchased a couple of Kitchen Taps aswell as a Pot Filler from them not only the product itself is magnificent but the exceptional customer service I received. I felt like I was speaking to a friend who only wanted to assist me! One of the items I purchased was out of stock and needed to be made and shipped to me from Italy and Rachael made sure I received the info I needed about my product during the time of waiting.

This is the only Australian source I could find for a specific style of drawer handle (solid brass rose escutcheon with laurel leaf ring pull) I could find. It was cheaper than international sources and I placed the order. Turns out they were out of stock and would need to be cast (probably overseas). Took 6 weeks to arrive, but were worth the wait. Moreover I received weekly bulletins to keep me abreast of progress. If something specialist is unavailable there's nothing anyone can do but keep the customer in the loop. Great service to my mind and will keep me coming back for more.

I ordered an expensive kitchen tap. I was then contacted by customer services (Missy) to inform me that that particular tap is prone to tarnishing and was I happy to still proceed.
I decided not to go ahead with that tap and together we chose another one which was cheaper and within minutes I had received an email informing me that a refund had been issue for the difference.

I am very particular about the replacement handles I wanted in my kitchen, and they had to go on back order (extra bonus - made by an Australian company). The staff at Restoration Online were very helpful, made sure I knew all my options (including other possible handles and refunds) and kept me updated about their delivery status.

I have bought from Restoration Online numerous times and have always received my order promptly and without issue. Today, the team (Missy) went out of their way to help find a spare part for an item which was misplaced - a huge help and whilst not expected, it was very much appreciated.
This may well be the best customer service I have ever had ! After placing complex order for a number of doors, I received a call from Missy to let me know I had missed a critical component in my ordering. Missy helped me order the correct component and swiftly updated my order. Once the goods arrived, I had some questions on how to install the door handles and Christina was able to help me over the phone.
