DO NOT BUY!

DO. NOT. BUY. THIS. PRODUCT!!!! Complete scam. They advertise that you have a "100 day trial period" or "100 return policy" but fail to inform you that in order to return the product, you had to keep it in it's original packaging. How the heck are customers supposed to try it and return it if they do not like it? False and misleading advertising. Should be forced to stop doing business. Stay away!

Bluetooth earphones

I bought the wireless Bluetooth earphones, after 2 times wearing them, the 1st was only 10min to set them up, the 2nd time was about an hour while I was working I ended up with bad burns in both of my ears from the earphones. I had to bin them. Would not recommend

This company is a fraud the return…

This company is a fraud the return address is a residential address not a business. They deceive customers stipulating the company is in the US instead, their manufacture is in China! Their return delivery address a third party pretend vendor in a residence. They stall as much as possible to issue you refund, first they say immediately after they receive the pillows then they say up to over 15-20 days, and they try to use new pillow condition, as used (even for one day) as a non return reason; even if they originally guarantee full refund! These people are a fraud as is their pillow which go flat the first and only time one uses it! More to come as I am conducting a full investigation on these individuals / Restora!
