No response to order followup
I have bought from ResponsibleOwner a number of times on Amazon, never had an issue. This time I thought I’d buy direct, figuring it might help them with fees. Order arrived quickly, but it was wrong. Rolls of bags rather than flat boxes. Confirmed from the details in the order that I ordered the correct thing.
Tried contacting them a number of times via email, no response. Tried Facebook Messenger but getting “couldn’t send” so must have contact restrictions in place.
