Bought a lightbar controller 7 weeks ago, now faulty, want me to send this back then they will replace, so will be without beacons (which I need for work) for a week, unacceptable your goods are faulty you should replace with a return slip
4 lights purchased £120 ish and £200 in labour to install! Poor quality let in water/condensation. Very disappointed. Pictures to prove.

What I like about RVL is that they tailor each query I raise in a bespoke way almost like they are in the room (Emma is mostly who I have respond) Although some of their popular products do go out of stock they are quick to get them back in. RVL are price competitive too which is very key for me as I'm a volunteer using my vehicle. I very much like their dispatch service (pretty much day if ordered before a certain time. Well done RVL, long may this brilliant service and customer experience continue.

I ordered from them as they were the cheapest around but the service was anything but cheap.
The package came much quicker than expected and they were great to deal with when I requested a vat receipt. Happy to deal with them again. The product was faultless as well.

RVL advertised a genuine Ring dash cam hard wire kit clearly shown in its original packaging. After purchasing it arrived in a used bag with a label reading bolts scribbled out. The kit was clearly not a genuine part and was handmade using the cheapest of components with dodgy looking soldering. I have contacted them several times expressing my disappointment but they have failed to reply. I will never use this company again.I can not find any email prior to purchasing that I wasn't going to get the genuine Ring product as advertised

I placed an order for one of their own-label doctor’s magnetic beacons; I’m hugely impressed with both their service and product.
Their team helped me pick the right item, and it arrived really quickly. The product is far better than I was expecting for the money - super bright and seemingly very robust. I can’t recommend them enough.
