Bait and switch. 1 star is being generous. Lead me on a goose chase with fake shipping info. Then a month later sent a product that was neither the item shown in photo or video and now want me to pay to return the item to get a full refund. Sorry but if they don’t send the item advertised or shown in the photo/video it should be their responsibility to pay to have it shipped back.

Still waiting for any feedback from them, I was paid some amount a week ago and they are keeping silence, no email feedback no other.

Scam scam scam! Do not purchase from this website. I bought expensive translation ear buds and they were cheap generic ear buds they sent me. The associated app did not work. DO NOT BUY!

They overcharged my card by $9, and I never received my products. They refuse to give me a refund, so I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I attempted to write negative reviews on their site, but they were immediately deleted. Totally fraudulent site, stay clear.

This was a last minute purchase. Arrived on time. Large is too big for me but fits bf perfect. Shirts are soft and comfy.

I'm extremely satisfied with the product and will be ordering more products if they're this high quality.

They refuse to abide their own guarantee.
Shipping details says they ship from the US, but is obviously not correct. Details on the package says China, and returns has to be sent to China. I received the package on the same day the tracking info said ut was inspected by customs in the US...
The nipple covers seem alright, but they won't stick to my breasts for more than an hour or two.
This company is clearly fraudulent. Recommend to stay away!

Great material, it's a fresh blouse!

I purchased Nip Covers through PayPal. The first card I used said it didn’t go through and so I used a second credit card. That charge was accepted. When I checked my bank account for the card that supposedly didn’t go through, I found there were 16 transactions from this company that went by another name. Both debit and credit transactions which ended up with a balance of $20 paid to this company. The account with which I did use to pay had a total of 3 transactions, 2 of which I did not authorize adding up to another $50. At that point, I decided to let them know and cancel the order. The order was canceled after 4 hours of placing it. Apparently, you have to cancel within 12 hours. I’m waiting for confirmation that my order has been canceled and that they will reverse all charges. Any company that puts 18 extra transactions on your credit card has got to be scamming you.

6/15/23 Update: They ignored my messages to cancel and I received the product which I’m surprised didn’t take as long as expected. The size is smaller than shown on the ad and the color is darker. I ordered the tan color. They do stick and don’t show through clothing unless I’m wearing something lighter in color which does defeat the purpose. All additional charges were reversed on my cards. I still feel uneasy about having to keep an eye on my cards.

I placed an order today and checked out through PayPal. The order amount was 39.59 according to the confirmation from
respondvi. PayPal’s receipt was $9.90 more than this amount, indicating what I would actually be paying. “Sales tax” was the listed reason for the expense.

If you were going to be paying 30% sales tax before shipping, wouldn’t you want to know before you’d already paid? They took my money then casually skimmed more off the top. So dishonest.

Who knows if I’ll ever receive this very expensive lesson in the mail, but they won’t get my business again, and they’ll have to hire another person to delete my negative comments on social media. I will hound them for one day per cent they overcharged me, or until they go under, whichever comes first.

EDIT, June 14 2023: I reached out to customer service, who informed me that my overcharge was a “system error”. It was refunded immediately. A couple of days ago I received the products I ordered, and the quality and function are very good. I’m satisfied with the purchase and the customer service resolution, so I’ve changed my rating from one star to three. It isn’t 5 stars because others have reported this “system error” and it should not be the customer’s responsibility to watch their statements like a hawk to make sure that charges are legitimate!

I got my 3 body suits they fit well.
I am a real person I Lubbock texas. Yes it takes awhile but they’re good fitting and when I was over charged 10$ I got a response and money was back in my account the next day. All these 1 star reviews are just angry people with no patience. They’re not coming from a normal place so yes it takes “forever”.
I wear mine nearly everyday and they make me feel beautiful! Don’t knock this company. But also this company don’t take advantage of people. ❤️

SCAM. Takes FOREVER to arrive, sizing is way off, don't waste your money!!! Oh and they over charge you, luckily I caught it and disputed it. Oh and if you want to exchange it, they advise you must pay shipping and it will take a "very long time", yet do not provide a return address. HORRIBLE.

Bought shapewear that was too big. I want to return and theyre requiring I SEND A PIC OF MYSELF IN IT to confirm it doesnt fit! No Im not sending you a pic of myself in underthings.
