READ THE FINE PRINT, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I didn't realize that if you made a purchase anticipating success be careful.I didn't read the fine print and didn't realize that purchasing with the expectation of success requires caution. If you start with a 90 day supply they will not give a refund, They will only cancel the subscription. That was hidden in the fine print. People who go for the deal are giving up their right to return your product

Great products, but...

Great products, have helped my sleep and breathing, but too much pressure to subscribe and receive ongoing bundles, rather than purchase as and when required. I appreciate it's their business model, but I personally don't like it.

So good product. It is help me to relax my joints. I stopped snoring. Stopped awaking me at night. I have more deeply sleep all night. Easy to use product. So happy to give myself chance to try this product. Recommend to try for everyone.

So much Respect for Respire🌹

I’ve been using these mouth strips for about five months now… not every night, as we’re traveling and sometimes I just forget, but when I do, it’s always a much better deeper sleep… I do still have a bit of a dry mouth sometimes, but nothing like I once had. My hubby says he doesn’t hear me snoring anymore, so that’s a pretty reference right there😝🤗🌹The Customer Service has also been exceptional as I’ve had to change our address every order, as we traveled around Aus, and every query they’ve been so helpful and quick to reply. I have no hesitation of recommending Respire to any and all, and in fact I do, all the time🌹 Highly recommended🌹 Thank you Respire Team🌹🌹🌹

It’s a subscription scam

It’s a subscription scam. Then they are deceptive on trying to cancel. Look at their website…there is zero ability to cancel yourself. Our one order is now somehow three orders and still trying to cancel. Avoid these fraudsters.

Signed Up for a Subscription Without Knowing

This company signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge and would not refund the payment. The product was not very helpful and the glue was too strong making the nose strips hard and uncomfortable to remove.

Subsciption Scam

The product is ok, but the business model is like a scam.

They automatically subscribe you to future payments without making it clear to you. So down the track...3, or 6 months they charge your card again and advise they are sending you more product, regardless if you want or need them. There is no email warning you of the new charge or asking if you want them to send you more product. When you contact customer support they tell you there is nothing they can do other then stop future subscriptions. So basically they always get to charge you a second time. The customer service is appalling and leaves you totally feeling like you have been scammed. I so wish I had read these negative reviews before purchasing.

Dishonest approach to subscription lets down a good product

The product works well - my teenage son with allergies has used both mouth and nose strips for months at a time.

However, there is a lack of transparency around subscription pricing and no warning when subscriptions will be resent thereby giving an opportunity to refer or cancel. But they tell you as soon as the product has been irreversibly sent, with no refund possible, and no acknowledgment of responsibility.

This has happened twice and they have dishonestly said an email is automated to arrive 48 hours before a subscription shipment - this is simply not the case. I will never use the company again.

MAJOR WARNING!

MAJOR WARNING!! THIS COMPANY SCAMS YOU WITH SUBSCRIPTIONS!!! so I bought the three month package which says it’s a subscription for three months and saves you some $$.., so I’d assume I’m paying for a three months subscription only but no, apparently I’ve signed up for a continuous subscription that never ends. Not just for a three month subscription. Further, the tapes pull the skin off of my lips and genuinely felt they were uncomfortable. Avoid this company, untrustworthy, misleading, and genuinely not following good practices from a business standpoint. It will catch up with them in the long run.

Faulty product and useless customer service

The tapes I were sent were pulling the skin off of my lips. When I contacted the company for advice they told me that I had a faulty batch. They didn’t contact me to let me know but only once I had contacted them to tell them my lips were split and sore. I cancelled my subscription. They refunded the money I had paid and sent another batch. I have since been charged again for a further subscription despite cancelling this in January! I contacted them regarding their error and they have told me I am not entitled to a refund as this is my third order. I will be disputing this with my bank. Avoid this company, untrustworthy, failed to contact customers with a faulty batch and cannot cancel subscriptions.

Was not effective for me and they refused to cancel my subscription- terrible customer service…

The product did nothing for me and made my lips very chapped. I moved my subscription from every 30 days to every 60 days yet they kept shipping every 30 days with no response to over 6 emails telling them to stop and to cancel my subscription. I feel like it is a money grab and they just try to ship product. There is ZERO customer serivce

Highly recommend respire

Highly recommend respire for mouth strips. Have been using for around 8 months and is part of my healthy sleep regime. Easy to put on and remove. Also will restock easily if I remove temporarily to cough or sneeze.

Definitely worth a try

Easy to order and receive. Strips take a little while to get used to - not very long actually - and soon they really help with breathing and sleep and eliminating dry throat. The video instructions and support was very good.

Unclear subscription policy

It seems I'm not the only person to have fallen foul of this company's shady subscription policy. I bought both the mouth and nose strips for my husband at Christmas but had no idea that I had subscribed. So when a payment was taken in January, I contacted Respire, only to be told it was too late to make any return as this was my 'second order'. Must have been my mistake so to cover myself against further loss of money, I wrote again ensuring that I cancelled both subscriptions and asked for confirmation of this, which I got. Phew. Then ANOTHER payment was taken out in Feb! When queried, no responsibility was taken and I received the same template email telling me it was too late to cancel. I hope others are more careful before signing up to hidden subscriptions.

Scam to make you subscribe

They took money from my bank account without my permission. I had not subscribed only bought one set to try. Now it’s very difficult to get them to cancel. I will have to try to do this via my bank. I am so angry. They should not be allowed to do this. I will never buy from them again now
