Don't order here. They are extremely bad. Incorrect products delivered. No respons to emails, phone calls, voice messages. It is a criminal scam, or it is being operated by someone with serious problems, or both.

I have to add my voice to what others have said in the past. I only wished I had read the reviews earlier. I don't know how they are handling their physical store, but they are terrible online. I ordered a cartridge, never received a confirmation e-mail, never received a status update e-mail and when I tried to contact them through their website form, I never received a reply either. To this day (15days since initial order) I have no idea what has happened to my order.

UPDATE: I had to move through PayPal to request a shipping tracking number which I received and then after a few days, also received my order. I have updated my rating to reflect that and all was well at the end, but I can't provide 5 stars when it's so difficult to understand if your order has been placed, shipped and when should be expected.

I did an order, never received any confirmation. I wrote 3 email without any answer. Finally I had to open a claim via paypal to be reimbursed. Shame on you guys...

Do not order from them!! I ordered 16/01, the shipment left but tracking stopped at 17/01 at Frankfurt. I wrote 2 mails, no answer, called them, but you get an answering machine. This is crap! Either they are extremely arrogant or ignorant. Beter buy somewhere else.

Ordered an item on their e-shop page 16/10 2023 .Received an invoice stating that my order was complete and will be send inn1-3 days with trekking . 3 email send to their advised email ,no answers, no email about parcel been send and no trekking number.
This attitude from this seller is totally unacceptable an indicate possible fraud !

Received a broken pair of grado rs1x. They didn't even bother to check the inside of the package.

I ordered a product for the first time with Respect Phono. When the package arrived, I realized that I had ordered the wrong product (a one word difference in the product name). 14 days satisfied or reimbursed according to their site but they don't answer their mail nor the return form I filled out. I had to file a complaint with Paypal (which I luckily paid with) to get a return number and eventually my money back. It should be called DISrespect Phono!

I bought from them a Grado RS1 headphone at a very good price. They were very fast with the shipment by DHL to my holidays address with kind and precise communications.
Highly recommended.

Everything went perfect from beginning to end. I ordered a new record player needle a while back. As it happened, the needle had a production error by the manufacturer and I had to send it back for a replacement. Respect Phono handled that claim very well and sent me a replacement without any problems. Thanks again !

Respect phono stated that the product was in stock and for delivery within 2-3 days. I ordered and transferred money. After 9 inquiries per mail 4 phone calls, I got two answers that the product was now delayed if 5 days would pass. After the 10 day where I had received no information and no response to further emails, I chose to ask for cancellation of the purchase. Still no answer, only after being told that I wanted to put a lawyer on, I got the answer that the product was shipped, look had now passed 30 days ... deeply satisfactory, I can not recommend ordering anything from there, if you expect security in service.

At this point I‘ll have to assume the shop is a full scale scam!
Payed for an amp (which was supposed to be delivered within 1-3 days) a month ago. besides one email of a delayed delivery nothing happened since then.

No answer to my emails anymore, phone won‘t be picked up.
So I’m about to report this to police any day now.
Wrote this review to make sure I‘m the last customer being fooled like that.
Might stop by this shop and see What’s up when I‘m in Berlin anytime soon!

Perfect transaction. Product received brand new and as described. Kind communication, quick shipping and safe delivery thanks to DHL. Payment as been made by Bank Transfer. I would recommand this shop.

Ordered a spare part for my turntable. Paid with PayPal. Just got an automated response from them and never answered to my questions regarding delivering. Opened a dispute to get my money back. Pretentious shop with a total disrespect for their customers.

After some problems regarding the transport and product, a full refund was granted.
