Just don't buy it

Horrible customer service. Respawn 900. The gas lift got broken and there is not way to find replacement. BEFORE buying a chair like this make sure you can have access to the gas lift replacement parts. Garbage company...

Do NOT buy!

I ordered a chair (Respawn 900) at the end of October and an order confirmation was sent to me. A week later, after they had taken my money, I got an email saying the order was cancelled. When I emailed them and asked all I was told was they oversold the product so they cancelled my order. No alternative offer to resolve the issue was given. They advised it would be 3-5 business days for my refund, around the 7th business day I had to file a complaint with PayPal to have my money returned to me. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

ORDERED NEW, GOT A OBVIOUSLY RETURNED ITEM, NO WAY TO REACH THEM, NO DAM INSTRUCTIONS. THE ONLY THING i CAN DO IS SEND A CONTACT REQUEST EMAIL. 72 HOURS TO GET BACK TO ME. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY

Big issue with their chairs

Big issue with their chairs. Huge clunking sound every time I move. They claim it was a random manufacturing issue, but they sent me a new one, and it did the same exact same noise. I obviously have proof of both chair issues. Terrible chair, terrible service, so much wasted time.
