Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. James is patient and answers every questions. He is a very good in finding solutions for the problems and have great ideas. My Pandora charm is just simply extraordinary. Before I saw it in real I saw the photo. I was amazed but when I received the item I was even more happy. The item is a beautiful piece of art, with many colours inside and the most important i can see the hair of my beloved Mom. I had only small amount of them, but James found the solution for made two beautiful pieces of jewellery.
His work in the photos speak for his talent, but you can't see the super nice and professional service James provide with the best communication. I highly recommend ResinHead to everybody. 🎁🎁🎁
