Have used company several times with no problems. Since Jan 2023 have been unable to order as shipping denied so can't checkout. Only had automated response from company,which didn't address issue.

So happy when I found a UK retailer for resin supplies! Their selection of glitter and pigments is to "dye" for (I'm sorry xD) - I'm obsessed with their glitter selections, and often end up buying multiple items at once - their options for handmade jewellery is also fantastic, love buying from these guys! <3

Fantastic Products from an amazing company. I have been ordering at least 3 weekly for over two years and everything has always been totally perfect. I love my Coat-it resin its vegan friendly and importantly also VOC free <3

Fantastic company, I can’t fault them at all. I get all my resin, mica & jewellery findings from resin8 & it always comes quickly & my queries are responded to straight away. The customer service is always excellent & the staff go the extra mile. I had a problem with a mould once & they refunded me straight away & send a replacement for free. I absolutely love this company & can’t recommend enough!

Ok firstly the confirmation email! I absolutely loved it!

As far as my order everything arrived within ETD was well packaged and as described quality seems good as what I have used so far looking forward to many more orders

After buying and paying everything even the shipping cost that was shown and getting the purchase and payment confirmation they wrote me an email asking to pay more because " the curier was asking for a rise" ??????? I denied to do that! Why on earth a enterprise will do that???
After all i didn't pay it they said the package will be send as a
"GESTURE" but what they did was sending a pre pay package, so to be able to clear in customs i have to pay or the package will be destroyed!!
I will be filling a statement at ADR!!
This will not be forgotten.
Be careful if you buy from overseas!!!!!

Placed 2 orders with them. First order one of the inks had spilt and covered the package and myself in ink. Not their fault and they replaced the item immediately.

Second order I received an email from Royal Mail saying i had been delivered but it hadn't. Royal Mail told me to contact the sender as only they could get it looked at. Resin8 responded and told me to go to Royal Mail and als said they could be a pain at times. I went back to Royal Mail showed them the email so they looked again for me. The parcel was addressed to me but they had used the wrong address so clearly down to resin8. Have not heard anything since despite emailing them several times. Royal Mail will try to retrieve my parcel today so I may get my goods but at the moment I am unsure.

Will not use again - sorry

I've had few orders with them . Usually eco glitters the dust like ones.
And I have to they are lovely to use. Especially when you wanto create this all trough sparkle effects without too much sparkle.

Poor experience with Resin8.

Ordered their ridiculously over-priced letter mould set, 27 moulds for £185.

I was initially shocked by the price, but thought that I'd be able to make so many gifts with these letter moulds that I justified the money to myself.

On arrival, I immediately noticed that the majority of the moulds were facing the wrong way around. Maybe seven out of the whole lot were facing the correct way around. So I had just paid £185 for a set of small letter moulds that would produce letters facing opposite directions.

I immediately contacted the company to point out the issue. Their response was that they were purposefully made 'reversed' like that. So told me they would not cover the cost of my return postage, despite the item clearly not being as described or fit for purpose.

What struck me most was the customer service. I asked how I could return the moulds and the response I got was you can send them back and you'll get a refund once we check you haven't used them. Lovely response. No sorry you are not happy with your order. No don't worry send them back to us and we'll sort that out for you. Just immediately on the defensive. Also, a bit of a silly response as they knew I had literally just received the item and had contacted them immedietly, so would have been a bit difficult for me to have used them in that time.

I also want to point out the ridiculous price of these. £185 for 26 letters and a heart. The company says this is because it is hard to get these moulds and expensive for them to source. Since sending mine back, I found them on a popular selling website with multiple sellers selling them at a price of no higher than £40 for the whole set or £4.50 for a set of 3! So how they justify this mark up is ridiculous. Really wish I had checked before ordering from such an unfriendly company.

Despite getting my refund, the company refused to pay for my return costs. They said they put in their description that they were 'reversed' (as they describe it). But I have checked their website and there is no mention of 'reversed' moulds. Also this does not account for the letters that are not reversed.

The company also said that it is up to the crafter to make the 'reversed' moulds presentable by doing extra work to make the back presentable as the front. Now, I have hundreds of moulds, I have worked with moulds for years. Never have I come across a company that expects it to be ok for a crafter to be happy to take a mould that is incorrectly made and do the extra work of making its wrong direction 'presentable'.

So to sum up, Resin8 is a company that gives lots of excuses to paying customers to not only justify their ridiculous prices but cover their mistakes, just so that they do not have to pay for return postage costs for items that are of poor quality and are not as described.

Would not order from this company again.

Totally disappointed with some products and the customer service. That note that you have to fork out the money yourself to ship the defects back to them.

I do not recommend anyone to buy their mould. Bought one of their plant pot/tea light mould.

The inner of the mould is not smooth there are some silicone drips at the bottom which means if you pour the resin in the mould it will have a dent once it is cured instead of a flat smooth surface.

They send a replacement but the second one is still the same issues.

Customer service challenged me by saying disagree that I had said the mould is suitable to use resin. I had to copy and paste to show the person that in their website it stated 70ml of resin is recommended to pour in their mould.
The person is not apologetic yet telling me it is not suitable for tea light candle. Since when had I mentioned I want to make a tea light candle?

I asked a full refund of the product plus shipping fee. Now they received the products b tell me there isn’t any issue with the product. They clearly know it is an issue but not willing to refund the shipping cost I had to fork out myself to return it to them.

On top of that some items I bought especially the measuring jar it seem like it had been used before.

I AM THAT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE THAT I HAVE WRITTEN A REVIEW ON A SEPERATE SITE AND I ALSO MESSAGED THEM TO THANK THEM! I have purchased from Resin8 a few times and every single time the products I have received have been top notch! The mica powders are LOVELY! Matte, glittery, shimmer, pearly- they have them all and the colours are so beautiful! I love that its affordable too and a little goes a long way. I bought some Mica powders yesterday at 12:30pm and I received them 11:00am this morning (I chose the 2-3 day delivery) so I am so pleased at their speedy delivery!

customer service was AWESOME ! I finally receive my order , it was packed very neatly. I order white pigment from Resin8 to be sent to Malaysia. I choose untracked shipping initially and it did not arrived(may be missing). Kate and Ellie was really helpful and responsive. Kate advise me to use tracked shipping and just pay the balance amount for the shipping only.

I use Resin8 for supplies but I've also visited their HQ for a course. What a lovely crew they have, so helpful and friendly. Their products are good quality and the course was fantastic too.
