The downside of my experience is that the shoes I ordered had been worn. Since my goal was to purchase unworn shoes, I contacted Coltorti. The response was absolutely phenomenal. It was timely, professional and courteous! Coltorti also agreed that I should not pay for the return of the product. Today, I received notification from Paypal that my refund had been credited to my account. I am a completely satisfied customer and look forward to future purchases from your boutique. The website allegedly allows return and gives instructions on how to do so but it is impossible to actually start the process. It says click here to start if not registered and it just shows you what you ordered not a link to a form to return. I tried the registered way and that did not work out either. Simply impossible

Duty policy is not clearly stated and not helpful customer service
Their shipping process is not fast compared with SSense. Moreover, they stated “Note for US customers: if your order amount is under $800 you will not be subject to local taxes and import duties.” is misleading. If you want to avoid duty fee and place multiple orders, do not place them I will say within 15 days since they will process them and ship them on the same day and you will be facing duty fee even each order is under $800. I had contacted them, their customer service just copied and pasted the policy and refused to support. When the orders are returned, they insist not refund your shipping fee. Worst shopping experience, be aware ordering from them

Horrible customer experience
Terrible shop, I do not recommed shopping here unless you like to get ripped off. They have send me the wrong item, and demand me to ship it back and deal with return hassle, only then they would issue a refund. This is a joke, the item is sold out now, so I can't even buy it anymore, and any normal shop would just let you keep the item and issue you a refund, since it's their fault for being so incompetent and sending the wrong item in the first place. Customer service was not helpful at all, horrible experience overall, avoid shopping here.
