I had an additional Solar Storage battery installed by this gentleman today and I must say how impressed I was. He was very professional in every way and worked cleanly, efficiently and took pride in his work. The job was done to a high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Not sure where you got every Givenergy customer email addresses from, but it’s definitely not a good look sending unsolicited email when you’ve never had any prior ligit contact, doesn’t inspire confidence in your judgement or potential services

Received a spam email from this company offering an expensive product. I'm not sure how they procured my email address

Have no relationship with this company, but they felt happy to spam me offering an extremely poor deal on a GivEnergy battery.
Not sure what was more annoying - the poorly written email or the fact it was spam.

From first contact to arrival everything went smooth with the EPS, James even worked through his dinner to get the job done as fast as he could, Very friendly and tidy.

I was apprehensive about who to use for purchase and installation of another battery to our system, as the primary installer went into liquidation a year ago. I chose Residential Renewables after looking at options and cannot rate them enough, excellent service throughout the process, fast response to initial enquiry and installation within five days, even though we live on the opposite side of the country. There was a technical problem with the primary equipment company, that James talked us through and made very sure the issue was resolved and kept us updated throughout. Excellent service from Residential Renewables and James thoroughly recommend his service and company.

Residential Renewables, did exactly what they promised. Spoke with James, he guided me through all of the options and dealt with the upgrade of my Givenergy Battery storage system. He explained each part of the upgrade in detail and completed his work as promised in a very neat and timely fashion. Will happily recommend Residential Renewables to anyone. Hope to use them again in the future when Givenergy release the EMS for multiple inverter systems.

After waiting 5 months for a company to complete my solar installation by fitting the batteries, I contacted James and he had the job complete within 3 days. His customer service and communication could not be faulted and during the installation nothing was too much trouble, always stopping to take the time to answer the various questions I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a first-rate company to provide their renewable solutions.

James was knowledgeable, practical and extremely rapid in his responses including answering a string of questions past 10pm. Great guy!

James and his friend Jacob were both very professional and did the job as I wanted and to a high standard. Despite James having the nightmare of his car being broken into the night before, he still turned up and got the job done.

Very pleasant to talk to on the phone and WhatsApp and was happy to accommodate silly requests from me.

Found the company via eBay, spoke to James, and booked a date. The batteries were installed and commissioned on the same day. Very happy with the work, clean and professionally completed by James. Had an issue when I changed my WiFi provider, James sorted it out over the phone. Looking forward to do my solar panels with them too. Highly recommended.

Used James twice now first to upgrade my solar and then my batteries which he did on his day off awesome both times highly recommended

Brilliant experience with this company, thoroughly recommend!!! The price was good but the support and communication is the thing that stands out over and above others I have encountered! James ‘knows his stuff’ and has really helped me in my eco quest and to save money in these difficult times. His team even ensured everything was delivered the very next day!!!
If only all the companies I have dealt with were as trustworthy and ‘old school’. Genuinely head and shoulders above any energy company that I spoke to AND then really delivered!!! Thank you SO much🙏
