my first impression is
I’ve used other shipping companies before, but ReShip really stood out for their fast responses and excellent customer service. I asked them to replace the original shipping box, and they handled my request quickly and professionally. I truly appreciate their cooperation and responsiveness. Overall, I had a great experience with ReShip and would definitely use their service again.

The chat is not really a live chat. It sends the user away, and then the representative comes on after the user is gone, and questions are not all answered. Rather frustrating.

Product got delayed 2 days at Reship…
Product got delayed 2 days at Reship because of yet another reason (we used Reship a couple of occasions in the past, when it's not the weather, it's an Holiday, or something else). No shipping fees under $44 offered whereas I regularly ship and/or receive packages between US and Canada for well under $20. The content (1 oz essential oil and 2 small bundles of dried natural herbs) got flagged as bio-hazard: again extra $$$. Obviously I had extra custom charges because of the bio-hazard thing. All in all we paid close to $300 to receive $40 worth of mundane goods.
