I'm utterly frustrated and disappointed…

I'm utterly frustrated and disappointed with my experience with Resha (resha.eu). I placed my order almost 6 weeks ago, and I've received absolutely nothing.

This company has repeatedly broken its promises regarding shipping. First, they assured me the package would be sent "next week," and when that didn't happen, they specifically promised it would ship "this week" with express delivery and tracking. None of these promises have been fulfilled.

Communication has been extremely poor. Their stated email address for support bounced back with system errors, and I had to use a different email account just to get a response. Even then, the responses were full of empty promises.

My trust in Resha is completely broken. Since they have consistently failed to ship my order, I'm now left with no choice but to pursue a full refund through my bank/credit card provider.

I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company.
