Terrible service
Took 3 weeks for their to say that it's my fault and refused to repair a device under warranty.
Customer service was also very unhelpful and borderline toddler behavior 🙄

They tried charging me 50 euros for saying that my device is fine. no testing was ever performed and i didnt get any proof of the testing. I have a warranty that is valid and they are still charging 50 € Im really mad! Reported that place to authorities for not complying with the LAW!

I would not give even one rating. The company based in Finland Helsinki, The staff are worse and they are thief. Just charged me 50€ for nothing. I took phone to repair there when Elisa asked me to go there. I never heard of this company before, I had insurance valid and Elisa sent me there to repair. I went and few days after they said that I don't have a valid insurance and charged me 50€ for nothing checked. This company are Elisa are together in this scam, I guess. I do not ever recommend anybody to go there. Everytime I went there, they are discussing with customers illogically. I guess none of them are satisfied with single thing from there. Just disgusting customer service and thief company,I would say. Never go there or you will be scammed.
