Terrible experience.
Booked for safari in panna national park and they completely messed it. They have zero coordination resulting cancellation of our ticket and have to make fresh payment for buffer zone. They did not refund the same which was cancelled due to lack of coordination between them. They kept saying that their executive will sort up the matter, however noone turnup for the same. They are highly unprofessional towards their approach and not ready to take any responsibility and kept changing their statements after every conversation with only motive to blame on us for the same.
Never recommend it to anyone. Zero rating from my side. Please be aware from such frauds.

If you ask me about a platform to book your hotel rooms, then I would definitely recommend the name of Reserve India Tours. You have lots of accommodation options on this site. We had tried it when we toured Kanha National Park. I am extremely happy with its services.
