There are serious problems with audio files 5 minutes or longer. It keeps saying "try again," and the audio files it creates are cut off.

It says its a free cloning in all languages. I trusted them. When I registerd if you want to use other than english you have to upgrade to pay status. So its a misleading and fraudulent practice.

They stink to high heaven. No response from customer service at all. The website does not work.

I paid for extra credits, but my new credits weren't not added to my account. It's been a day and the problem hasn't been solved. Adding credit is not a difficult problem to solve actually.... They are SCAM!!

Terrible, they still charge you after you cancel your subscription.

The system was down for 2 weeks (paid rate), I didn't get a minute of service.
After that I requested a refund, they returned 9 out of 30 dollars.
Pure theft.

From preboarding to subscribing, the service has just been VERY POOR. First, Hamza Khan ('Development Representative') from pre-boarding stage was very disappointing, he was not able to address to my questions and keep side tracking. He does not reply to our emails. Still we had hopes in Remseble.AI, thus we proceed to subscribe. After subscribing, service support has been none.
We're based in Singapore, and DO NOT recommend anyone (who is looking to create sustainable business model) to use this voice cloning / deepfake api tool. Don't waste your time (& $) trying like we did......................

I canceled my subscription before the trial period, but they make paiement requests every 3 days !!

I clicked on "7 day free trial" and immediately got charged.

Their customer service promptly resolved the issue by canceling my subscription without any hassle and refunding the payment to my PayPal account. As a result, my negative balance was cleared.

The interaction with their customer service was smooth, with no long waiting times. I had a very positive experience with Resemble AI. This is not a paid review—this genuinely happened to me. Ich hatte versehentlich ein Abonnement bei Resemble AI abgeschlossen, wodurch ich bei PayPal ins Minus geraten bin. Daraufhin habe ich Resemble AI kontaktiert und bei PayPal einen Fall eröffnet. Der Kundenservice von Resemble AI hat sich schnell darum gekümmert, mein Abonnement ohne Probleme zu beenden und die Zahlung bei PayPal wieder gutgeschrieben. Dadurch war mein Minus bei PayPal sofort ausgeglichen.

Der Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice war unkompliziert und es gab keine langen Wartezeiten. Ich habe eine wirklich positive Erfahrung mit Resemble AI gemacht. Das ist kein gekaufter Kommentar, sondern basiert auf einem echten Erlebnis. Aufgrund der schnellen und fairen Lösung haben sie es verdient, dass ich ein Abonnement abschließe und ihnen eine positive Bewertung schreibe. Vielen Dank!

Absolutely terrible customer service and even worse, their features don't even work. Their voice clone was worse than the ones free websites. It doesn't even make sense.

The customer service is impossible to find. I was charged and had no recollection of signing up for any sort of service. I do have an account so I tried contacting them, they take a week to respond each time and still haven’t processed a refund for my $30 charge. I’ve never even used their services. Such a scam! Don’t trust them!

Their website says "CLONE YOUR VOICE FOR FREE" but when you click on "upload your voice" you go to a payment screen where you have to purchase a monthly membership. It used to be when a company did this they were charged with false advertising. It's sad to see that this type of thing is now rampant and commercial and corporate laws are no longer enforced in the Western world.

What I find really amazing is the fact that you cannot test voices without being charged. I've tried to play around with their futures in order to understand what fits best my need however their system of seconds they actually remove them as soon as you "synthesize" and I'm not saying generate the content, just by clicking on the arrow to check how it sounds like. So for example, I have done a voice professional cloning of my voice, but I cannot hear it unless I try with something. Then I tried the speech to speech feature, and try to apply my voice on it, just to check out how it sounds like, well to my surprise I was charged for that. So expect to be fully charged just to understand the software not even generating one single soundtrack.
Because because we pay per second, this is outrageous.

First on the website they says, something is Free. You signup, you are then forced to enter your payment Details. The payment details are supposed to be entered for verification, I liked the idea. But they charge.

The features advertised are not working and I ended up paying.

It suppose to convert text into voice and it doesn't. I've paid $99 for a Professional option of the software and after spending hours trying to convert one book chapter into an audio file, it kept "trying" without any success. Very frustrating! I don't recommend it to anyone.

They tease and trick customers to the limit. First on the website they says, something is Free. You signup, all of a sudden you are forced to enter your Payment Details. Otherwise you are very limited. I did so. Than all of a sudden, they state, you cant upload your Voices to clone them as you'd seem to need a Pro Plan for that. What a mess. 1/5 Stars. They kinda dangle the carrot and dont offer anything in the end without going PRO or Enterprise.

I like this app. It's very convenient to use in Marketing especially when they have more voices that don't sound like AI, so it makes it easier to edit promotional videos without hiring other voice actors to do the voiceovers.
