I never got my parcel there was also a lack of communication I feel I need full compensation or at least something because it’s just an utter disgrace that this has happened and. I ordered the product on the 19th of September and it is now the 4th of October

This company is a scam.
My son last week bought a 'Premium Box' with hard earned pocket money. The image, and majority of the text makes it sound very much that you are buying a box of clothes, which is what he was hoping for. You even have to select a size : small/medium/large/extra large.
However you will never receive any clothes, and if you read the small print at the end of the article it turns out you are actually buying a digital download guide which will give you information on how to source these clothes.
Thankfully we only wasted £11 for our useless digital guide.
The important lesson to learn is that if something seems to good to be true then it most likely is.
Shameful behaviour for a company to earn money in this deceitful way.
