We are using the folinic acid by Researched Elements for our kids for few months now and it works just the same way the prescription folinic acid does. So greatful we can have access it without a prescription nonsense.

Researched Elements have always gone out of their way to help us with our son and his treatments. They've always responded to us very quickly, either answering our questions or suggesting a product or treatment. Recently, we've been using the cold laser treatment on our son (for Autism), and almost immediately we noticed improvement in speech.

We have been using the Researched Elements low light laser (photobiomodulation ) since December 2024. My son had complex medical needs; he required a tracheostomy tube due to having a critical airway. He had full airway reconstruction surgery in September of 2024, but within a few weeks of the surgery, his airway closed nearly 100% again due to chronic airway inflammation. The surgeons wanted to put him on azithromycin to address the inflammation, which we did not feel comfortable doing. I spoke with Alex and he recommended trialing the laser, targeting his airway specifically. We had a followup scope done 6 weeks after beginning the use of the laser, and everyone was shocked to find the inflammation was completely eradicated. After several months of failed attempts to open his airway, we were finally successful in January of 2025. We continued to support him using the laser and had a few more followup procedures over the following months to ensure his airway remained open. In June of 2025, after 600+ days, my son was finally able to get his tracheostomy tube removed and could breathe all on his own! Words could never express the impact this has had on our child's and our family's quality of life. We have also introduced several Researched Elements products over the past year, and the changes and progress we have seen in our son has been remarkable. He is extremely developmentally delayed with an ASD diagnosis. Some of our core favorites that have been the most impactful are Histamine Halt, Serene Calm, Colostrum Fusion, AZ2, Bifido Boss, 3 strain probiotics, thiogaurd, pomegranate peel, ammonia away, and Folinic Acid powder. My son's vocal cords are severely damaged, so he is completely mute. After introducing Mito mind, we started to hear tiny vocalizations, which has given us so much hope that he may someday have a voice. He is also able to make enough vocal sounds to where we can hear when he wakes up and no longer need to use a pulse oximeter to alert us (again, life changing). Since maintaining a consistent supplement regimen and continued use of the laser we have seen big strides with cognition, joint attention, toe walking, motor planning, and just all around awareness. Previously, he had nearly zero fine moror skills, but as of recently is able to hold an object in both hands at the same time, put small items into a tube, clap, and is very close to isolating a finger to point. The last few months have been especially wonderful, he is so interactive and starting to show interest in some toys. Last night, at my older son's baseball practice, he was chasing the other kids and trying to mimic the things they were doing. This was the first time he has ever showed interest or approached other children. Today, he correctly labeled 3 different emotion cards. These things may seem minimal to most, but just a year ago his cognition was that of a 6 month old (he is 3 years old now). Up until middle of last year, he was making minimal no progress developmentally, no new milestones met over several months. His followup assessments with early intervention did not show much progress, we felt very hopeless and worried for his future. He turned 3 years old last week, and exited Early Intervention having met all his goals!! Although we still have a ways to go, we know we are on the right path to healing and recovery. We would not be in this situation today (medically or developmentally) if it wasn't for the amazing tools and products from Researched Elements. If you have a child on the spectrum, I highly encourage you to give the laser and supplements a try; you have nothing to lose, but everything to gain!

Researched Elements has made a winner of a product that is essential during an explosion of autism rates. High dose folinic acid in powdered form. I take it on a daily basis, twice per day, for MTHFR double allele gene mutation that results in cerebral folate deficiency. I am so thankful for Researched Elements and this product, will continue to take it every day, and promote it to relatives whose children are increasingly diagnosed, multiple per family with autism.

We became familiar with Researched Elements products through the Gut Balancing protocol. Their products are good tasting, very potent and pure, easy to take. Mixes well with water or yogurt or kefir or basically any food. Their prices are very reasonable, I have paid much more for lesser quality products in our autism journey before. There is a definite cognitive progress, that I see with our adult kid, since she is taking RE supplements. I would highly recommend Researched Elements supplements for kids, and adults too.

The supplements are easy to mix into our son’s smoothie for his gut balancing protocol.

I've used a lot of the Researched Elements supplements to support my ASD daughter. The quality is extremely high and the mixes are very purpose-driven and impactful for the ASD community. My daughter sees a few functional medical doctors and they have all had really positive feedback on the supplement ingredients and mixtures. The value is extremely high given the quality of ingredients - they don't use any bad ingredients - no fillers, no flow agents, no additives, no irradiation, no dyes, etc. Prior to these being available, we were spending significantly more on individual ingredients to get a similar effect.

We’ve been using a laser from Researched Elements on our son Shepard’s head, and it has honestly been such a positive addition to our routine. For how affordable it is, the quality and impact have exceeded our expectations.

Since starting, we’ve noticed a real difference in his mood regulation—he’s calmer, more settled, and overall more at ease. Bedtime has also improved significantly. He’s able to wind down more naturally and sleep better, which has made a huge difference for our whole family.
