Got delivered to wrong address and was told another was being delivered as it was sent to wrong address. Still haven’t got mine and no word as to any delivery. Money down the drain and now have to source from another supplier. Very disappointed

This is my second rescue swag
This is my second rescue swag, part there of a prize gift voucher, so I used it to purchase a second one for work. Yes work has yet to supply my with a proper rescue kit. The swag is small and will handle a small team. I do recommend getting at least one tourniquet and a few extras to supplement the kit. Other than that is a good small kit to have around

Cattle yard injury
Had to use it two days after it arrived to attend to cattle kick bloody hand injury. Didn’t have other emergency equipment until then.

Double check addresses
It took me over 2 weeks to get the product because someone wrote the incorrect and incomplete address. I could get no assistance from auspost but my son-in-lAw could check because his business post things often and he was able to find out more than I could. I haven’t opened it because it is a gift for my daughter and now I’ll have to send it on to her; I was hoping to give it to her when we dropped in a week or so ago. She lives 6 hours away. So I’m hoping she’ll love your product but my experience was frustrating and I was sure it wasn’t going to get to me.

Our team processed the order promptly, within an hour of placement. However, it missed our same-day shipping cut-off and was dispatched on 4 March.
Delivery was attempted at your nominated address on 5 March, but as no one was available to receive the item, it was sent to your local post office for collection. This follows Australia Post’s standard procedure when a customer has not requested the item be left in a safe place if unattended.
We understand it can be frustrating when items don’t arrive in line with expectations, and we apologise for any disappointment caused by this experience.
