Brittney was fantastic at explaining her role and she was going to do to help. I appreciated the thoughtful response and comments she made to me about my situation. I also appreciate the attention to detail and the follow up calls and her willingness to help and not give up. She does her job well and has been great in handling my particular situation. I can highly recommend Reputation Defender, they have done a great job for me. It is clear to me they really care about clients. In addition to full-scale periodic searches done by one department, my contact Brittany does some things of her own and maintains contact with me. Total SCAM to get you in a monthly subscription services… just put in Google alert put your name and email and type in anything and everything and anything that happens on the Internet you will have an immediate email good or bad and guess what ITS FREE

Cliff was excellent in helping get my personal info off of all major public sites! So helpful and made the experience seamless!

When starting this journey, we researched four different companies. Our experience with Reputation Defender had to be the absolute best. We worked with Josh who was extremely thorough and detailed about the process. He was genuinely interested in making sure we not only understood what to expect, but provided us a reasonable expectation of the timeframe needed to complete the process.
