I have been using RepricerExpress for over a year now and have to say it has been a great experience. The support team were excellent at helping me get set up and always quick to respond to any queries I have. Sales have gone up and the features offered make it a very competitively priced software application, so all good :-)
Excellent software package ! It has made a big contribution to making our Amazon account more profitable and winning us more of their Buy Boxes (when we switched it on, we went from about 1200 Buy Boxes to 1700 in the space of a couple of days).
But where they really score is the quality of their Support staff. I don't have to contact them very often, but when I do, they are UK based, hugely knowledgeable and friendly, and remember previous conversations. If Carlsberg did support, it would be Repricer Express :)
