Good so far.
This is our first time using Reposit and it was a big help not to have to fork out for a massive deposit, using Reposit actually made our move feasible! I'm a little sceptical of how the move out will go (when that eventually happens) as I'm used to charges being deducted from a deposit but by using Reposit I assume we'll just be sent an invoice, so we'll see how that process goes in the future. However for anyone in a tight spot when moving this is a big help and weight off money wise. It was really simple and easy so no complaints so far.

Poor service
I informed you I was leaving the property on 19th September 2025 and did everything correctly. This month yo9u have taken £30 from my account without my consent.When I asked to be refunded you have refused saying yo9u want proof of my end of tenancy which I don't have. I am taking this up with my bank.I have requested to actually speak to someone but all I get is email responses. Disgusting service.

Following receipt of evidence confirming that you were no longer residing at the property, we have since processed a refund of the annual fee.
For clarity, where a tenancy has been active for 12 months, the annual fee becomes applicable on the tenancy anniversary date, regardless of how long a tenant remains in the property after that point. This is outlined in Reposit’s Terms and Conditions.

Importantly, tenants are not required by Reposit to use our product. If you would prefer to pay a traditional tenancy deposit instead, you can agree this directly with your landlord or letting agent.
