Tbh it was good, there are far more advanced and cheaper options out there. Trying to add A.I but it is always so far behind.

Great experience with the Replyco team.
Customer service and operations personnel were quick and on point. I got direct answers to my direct questions instead of feeling like I was stuck in some AI robot mill.

We have been using ReplyCo for 3-4 years now and I think we were in fact one of their first customers. I had a great conversation with the Founder initially who explained their ambitions and how they were focussed on SME's and wanted feedback, both constructive and new features. In the first week of starting with them, we suggested a feature, which was deployed within the week.
The software is brilliant and is something our business would not be able to manage without. It's affordable and the software is continuously improving.
Furthermore, their customer service is second to none. Alex, being the guy I speak to is absolutely brilliant. No answering machines, receptions or anything - just straight through on the phone.
In summary, if you are looking for the best, up and coming, most affordable customer relationship management system, I will only ever recommend ReplyCo and their amazing, customer focused team.
Replyco is a brilliant service for your online selling platform!
If you are not quite sure what Replyco is, then in simple terms it is a service that allows you to collect data from your online selling platform(s), streamline messages, and even create automated responses for said messages! It is an amazing service that keeps your admin to a minimum, especially during busy periods! No more worrying about 24-hour response rules for Amazon on the weekend! Our experience with Replyco has been nothing but outstanding - the team and your account manager are always there to help, but also are very professional yet friendly! I cannot recommend the use of Replyco enough!

We've been using Replyco for the better part of a year now. We tried multiple Amazon/eBay edesk solutions prior to this one and this is our favorite of the lot. The development team is extremely active and updates/improvements are very consistent. Some of the updates they've made have been directly in response to our individual requests and with a fast turnaround. Some of the best support we've received from a company. Highly recommended!

We've been using ReplyCo for approximately 10 months, and whilst there has been a couple of minor issues, the support from their team has been outstanding and the issues have always been resolved.
Replyco has greatly improved our organisation and efficiency dealing with customer service, especially the use of templates, auto-responders for individual/multiple marketplaces and the Linnworks integration.
The software is frequently updated and ReplyCo appear to be very transparent with their roadmaps and plans for future integrations.
Exciting product with regular useful updates
We've been using ReplyCo since early on and while we've had some issues along the way - to be expected with a new product like it was - the team has been endlessly helpful in resolving issues. There are regular incremental updates which add major updates, minor tweaks and bug fixes.
In the past we've used alternatives such as ZenDesk and Freshworks but have found them severely lacking when it comes to ecommerce support and integration. They've been yet another example of an old fashioned product unsuitable for modern omnichannel selling, support and interactions. Moving old software into the cloud does not make it contemporary and suitable for new ways of working.
ReplyCo has saved us countless hours and stresses in managing multi-channel support, and continues to improve every week. Keep it up! :)
Great support, product, and overall value
Replyco has strong integrations with major marketplaces and major carts. It's been a huge timesaver so far for this client.
We submitted a feature request and within 2 weeks they added it!

Great software, saves a lot of time with some excellent features
This software is excellent, and has saved us a huge amount of time since we started using it. Logging in to multiple platforms to respond to messages is quite time consuming, and each platform has its own message portal and process flows. Bringing everything together into one tool has been great. The tagging is super-useful too, so customer and order specific information can be included in messages. And templates are also a great feature for sending common messages to customers. Excellent customer service.

Good software let down by not having basic features - See below example

This is an email from Amazon support, BIG problem is that Replyco functionality does not allow screenshot in the reply, nor can we CC others in the email, these are basic needs for any company using emails, not specific to us (Replyco trying to say this requirement is unique to us, equates to spamming us off)
Replyco is very useful for Customer Service agents on eBay and Amazon emails and does have got a lot of good features, but because of some basics missing currently have to use 2 email systems - Very frustrating.
Conclusion - Good software let down by not having some basics, would recommend holding off on sign up until they have basics sorted.
One of the Best
Previously, we used to manually manage all of our customer interactions on various marketplace portals. Replyco was instrumental in getting everything consolidated into 1 platform. They are constantly adding features and new integrations, and if you use Linnworks heavily, utilizing Replyco is a no-brainer. Their customer service is also great, and I've even had instances where the CEO (Artem) had personally helped me. For such a relatively young company, they truly stand out as one of the best helpdesk platforms out there.

The customer service is second to none. You can live chat with them in the application so you can go about your daily business. The integrations are so easy and now with unlimited tickets, this will make our daily workload so much easier to manage.
