The possibilities are endless
The possibilities are endless! I am excited by how far I can get with this tool and how fast and easy it is.
When I was younger
When I was younger, my dream was to become a programmer.
For many reasons, I never managed to truly make it happen, and over time that dream stayed quietly in the background.
Thanks to Replit, it feels like I finally picked it back up.
Replit removes so many barriers and makes coding feel accessible, intuitive, and empowering, even if you didn’t take the traditional path.
Using Replit feels like completing a dream I left unfinished: not just writing code, but understanding it, experimenting, and actually building things.
For me, Replit is more than a platform — it’s the realization of a lifelong dream.
Thank you, Replit. 🙏💻
i loved their bounties program..

Replit 10x advantage over traditional develpment
Replit has been a great tool for software development beyond prototyping. I have been able to build complex web apps in a month that would take 2-3x developers along with myself managing the team a year to create. It is not just the direct development improvement it eradicates all the task management, scrums, etc... none of those pain points exist anymore.
Replit Unethical Behaviour
Replit debited my bank account on 20 Nov 2025, confirmed a refund on 21 Nov, Google shows the refund was declined, and then Replit denied receiving any money.
You cannot confirm a refund for funds you claim you never received. This needs immediate resolution.
The build agent is quite good
The full agent us quite good and gets it right most of the time. There are times when the agent either finds the wrong files or makes the wrong choices and modify the code incorrectly based on the prompts given. As well there are times when you get into a bit of a loop trying to correct something quite small and land up paying too much for a simple fix. I find the fast mode, fast but too inaccurate in some cases.
Fast, Frictionless Prototyping in the Browser
I’ve had a great experience with Replit. The biggest win is how frictionless it is: you can go from idea to running code in minutes, without dealing with local environment setup. The editor feels modern, packages are easy to manage, and the ability to instantly share a working project makes feedback and collaboration way easier. It’s become one of my go-to tools for prototyping, experimenting, and learning.
No coding experience and loving it
Replit has made it possible for me to start several applications across multiple accounts. These ideas are currently generating passive income and allowing me to have a creative outlet that I wouldn’t have had otherwise.
Replit agent is great at end-to-end tool
Replit agent is great at end-to-end feature development. Giving it a feature to code, planning the implementation, building it, testing it so that it actually works.
Best prototyping app on the market
Best one of the prototyping apps. Many good integrations, and they keep adding more with a high frequency.
I am new new IT world
I am new new IT world. Building anything like landing page or app was beyond my reach. I am amazed with the ease of creating a working app using agent in Replit. What I've learned is that you must have a clear picture of what you want to achieve and then do it step by step. Avoid throwing bits and pieces of your idea wishing that AI agent will guess what you need. You have to manage him and he will work for you.
Established but spendy
It's established, but the cost of building the app and maintaining it on Replit has risen. There is also not a convenient way to talk to someone for support questions as it is all managed by AI.
Improves performance, time to production
Being able to run projects through the planner before building is extremely helpful and reduces time to production immensely. However, during building, sometimes even explicit instructions aren't followed and occasionally the agent makes changes based on assumptions not in provided.
Stay away
At first, Replit seemed great. Then the billing turned predatory. I paid for the $25 plan, barely used it, and got slammed with a $90 charge out of nowhere.
When I downgraded, they threatened to wipe everything. I also bought multiple domains for a full year through Replit, and they now refuse to give me DNS access or transfer info. That’s straight-up domain hostage behavior.
They shut down all my projects after downgrading — even though the free plan allows publishing. That’s not a technical limitation, that’s leverage.
Decent product. Scummy business practices. I wouldn’t trust Replit with real projects or domains
and support is useless.
CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!
CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!
Predatory Billing Practices! You pay them $25 a month? They BILL you $75 a month!
They're holding my DNS records hostage now that I'm trying to migrate and they flat out REFUSE to respond!
Canceled my subscription in NOVEMBER, still charged me in DECEMBER!
If I could rate ZERO STARS I would!
I am currently finalizing complaints with the FTC, iCANN and the OAG. Even though I've told them I would, they STILL WON'T RESPOND.
Feels like a scam
The AI is using a lot of credits to fix errors it made himself, when setting a limit of credist over your budget its starts from after your included credits and not including them, so you spend more then you think and get charged a lot extra for them. Support dont help with that, and call it not refundable and the app is stil useless after spending 28$ extra credits without knowing.
Feels like a scam. Stay away
I used replit to create a client…
I used replit to create a client portal, after 2000$ later I wasn't able to complete the project. what I have done is to use a Digital-Ocean Droplet linux server, install claude code for much cheaper and finish the project. So disappointed and they don't have a good support too.
I am not a programmer. Vibe programming is fun.
I am not a programmer. With Replit, I have access to System Architect, Analyst, Domain expertise, etc to help me design applications with just simple prompts. For large scale project, Guard rails, memory trails, will be important as we are working with multiple agents. Areas for improvements: Responsives and charges for repeated mistakes.
Exceeded Expectations
Replit is the first AI agent that I've used for website building and design. It has been one of the coolest things to use. I thought ChatGPT was cool until I tried Replit. I would have never in a million-years thought that creating an app would be so easy, but it is and now I feel confident that whatever online idea I have, I can easily bring it to life with Replit.
Replit has given me highs and lows
Replit has given me highs and lows. As an AI website builder, the Replit Team is (thankfully) always working hard to make the tools better and better. I am still in the process of making my website, but it is incredibly complicated and has many specific features that I desire. As such, i'm taking a very cautious and careful approach to building it. I use other AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to help me build an incredibly robust MVP and then I go through that MVP w/ Replit. I just ensure the tasks given are in plain english and not just code (because Replit doesn't seem to like that very much). This is all still very new to me (and I think many others) and as such, there aren't always road maps and guides that you can use. A lot of it is trial and error (and burning through some money unfortunately). But, in the end, if you work hard, a smart, persevere and are really dedicated, I think that even a plain old "vibe coder" can have the chance to build something amazing.
Again, that might seem like a lot of work, but you have to consider what it is your doing. A single vibe coder w/ no experience can go from 0 to potentially an industry leading website by simply informing themselves via ChatGPT & Replit and then put together a really detailed to plan to build.
In all other aspects of life, this would never even remotely work and would cost a ridiculous amount of money.
Granted, i'm not done building my "castle" yet either, but so far, i've had my highs and lows and I learn from my mistakes and failures and move on and try to do better.
It is very important to set up appropriate safeguards and guide rails. As with everything, even if you are new to the subject, you should do your part to inform yourself of how things work (perhaps not to a granular level, but to a level so that you can put things together to make them work).
You might not need to know how Lego Bricks are manufactured, but you have to have an idea of how to stick them together (and basic engineering principles; i.e. gravity, etc). I think the same thing can be said for Replit.
